Is it possible to have offspring with another being in another dimension? I recently had a dream where I lived half a lifetime and it seemed so real. Any thoughts?

No.  You're a physical being, born into and part of this physical reality.  You're constrained to work within the limits of this particular reality.
Any physical reality "offspring" you have follows that same logic.
