Keep in mind you create all your dreams, both out of your conscious and subconsciousness. Play around with those dream imagery in a creative way, make up situations that you think would be fun trying out.

For instance, once while falling asleep I remembered an email I had received that day... about some fisherman that was eaten by an anaconda, creepy stuff but I had that in mind, and thought what if I was face to face with an anaconda, what would I do? While playing around with these thoughts the imagery began to set up and I found myself swimming by a waterfall, and then I released the anaconda to attack me. It followed me down the river and began swirling around my chest... I grabbed it and sort of threw it away, and involved myself into some other stuff.

Hello Onironauts (sp?)

I noticed something this morning, well, I've noticed it before on other mornings but I paid particular attention to it today. I awoke out of a foggy dream at around 9am then let my body and mind go back into the dream. It felt almost instanteous going back into the dream world. I would close my eyes and fragments of dream material would manifest in my minds eye, noises, ect. then i would pass out, enter the dream world and wake again. I did this about 5 times however I was not able to acchieve Lucidity. I kept telling myself as I drifted off, go Lucid, go Lucid, I'm aware go Lucid, but it didnt work. There seems to be this gap between concious thought in the waking state and the dream world where I seem to forget once again that I am dreaming. Any ideas about how I can trigger this to happen? Is this common for people, to slip in and out so quickly?
