Bringing in energy

Okay So I can find many differing minor and larger chakra points in and around my head.

I feel many points of pressure as I move my awareness around. Though, I'm not sure that when i attempt to pull in energy into these points. If it is actually working or not.

What effect's would I be looking for?

Changes in attitude, what?

It's not really an effect but you feel slightly more energized, depending on how much you bring in and it should be easier to move energy through your chakras once this is done. I usually draw in through my feet, myself.

Im just a beginner and I haven't been able to do it through the bottom areas ex; feet. Yet.
