or photo sensitivity? first of all i want to say i do not have epilepsy. i have been checked out and i am fine. i am doing so much better with my anxiety these days. now i seem to struggle with head pressure. usually right behind the eyes. lately my crown chakra and third eye have been super overactive. my problem is i can not drive... it hurts to see. i can't look at windows. i can't play video games. i can watch tv though at times. sometimes it gets so bad i have to just close my eyes. it used to scare me now its just annoying. it can get pretty severe. its not allowing me to drive. its almost like i see the world so "sharp" and i see so much detailit stresses me brain out. i have even had to pull over a few times. sunlight really hurts too. i notice this comes and goes. has anybody experienced this? how can i make my third eye not so active if this is what is causing it? i can no longer even look at the clouds or it hurts. everytime i lay down my third eye pulsates too so i think its related.

i sure appreciate it everyone. i hope you are good.

I am not a Doctor, Phase, as you know already. But last week I went to a Opthamologist who also is a Neurologist, for a problem similar to this. I had been experiencing a tight pull behind my left eye, kind of a bulging sensation. This came on after I took a Percocet and then did a brand new session on my Kasina AVS machine. He found nothing wrong with my eye/eyes at all. So, I had to look for a different reason and in that a new solution to my problem.

I found out later that a side effect of Percocet is increased sensitivity to light. The session I was doing was new to me and I didn't know what kind of "Light spikes" or flashes it might have. Well, I got a good blast and it caused some kind of strained nerve problem.

This did stop me from doing my regular AP sessions for about 2 weeks.  It also stopped AVS sessions for over a month now.

During this time, I felt most of the pull when I simply closed my eyes. This made Sleeping even a challenge. After a couple of weeks I started to Phase again and did it by stopping my "noticing" technique and instead just focusing a foot above my head, then 2 ft, then 5 ft and so on. No visualization needed. I would put my focus there and await a shift.

I look at the lesson here, (since there is a lesson in everything) and I can see I was being shown a whole new way of experiencing the NPR.

My suggestion to you would be to stop all of your daily meditations and phasing/Aping for a couple of weeks and let your eyes heal.

Thank you lionheart. i am still on xanax and i have heard it can cause permanent eye damage so i really am tryin to get off. :/ benzo withdrawls are so hard... i have been on xanax for years now.. it's a pretty small dose compared to what most people are on. i am proud of myself i dropped down to a milligram and a half a day i was on 3 mg's a day. i am trying so hard to get off but everyime i do even going slow i get severe brainfog and confusion. i have been on medication since thired grade so i wonder if i have done permanent damage to my brain. i am trying to keep positive though... finally got my anxiety in check. it's the strangest thing though... i squint at everything.

I then used a homemade "eye patch" for awhile. I also had to wear my Sunglasses indoors for awhile. After a few days, the uncomfortable spasms started to subside.

You could also try to release some of that energy that you have stored in your 3rd eye. You do this by seeing a spiral turning/spinning in  counterclockwise direction while focusing on your 3rd eye. Just mentally say you are returning it from where it came.  :-)
