i did this after a session of chakra work, interesting. I felt that i needed more work on my crown chakra and according to this it definitely isn't as open as i would like.

"Open the Crown Chakra

Put your hands before your stomach. Let the ring fingers point up, touching at their tops. Cross the rest of your fingers, with the left thumb underneath the right.
Concentrate on the Crown chakra at the top of your head.

Warning: don't use this meditation for the Crown chakra while you don't have a strong Root chakra (you need a strong foundation first). "

Now being a total idiot I tried this anyway. The test said that my Root Chakra is under developed. So the next morning I felt hungry and 5 minutes later, I had to throw up BADLY! I also had diarreia the whole day too. I took some soup, crackers and some Gatorade to replace my electrolytes.

My question is, could trying to open my crown make me do all this?

It is very much possible. Your chakras are opening and closing from events in your life constantly. So when you manually open them its a bit different.

Following intructions usually is prefferable in any case.

Or it could be the illness is entirely unrelated to your chanting. Your the best judge for that. Though you should try to open up the root chakra first.

Seems pretty accurate to me. I have a hard time communicating and talking to people and generally have low confidence around people unless I know them very well. Anyone have any advice for me??? lol ..............
