Try removing most of the energy from your head (not to much you don't want to pass out trust me I know[xx(]) Then once done just rest. Your body should balance itself out, or at least that's what I do when I put to much energy in my head;

Hey there,

I'm relatively new to energy development and astral projection. I've been reading Robert Bruces articles on Chakra stimulation. So i thought i would give it a go.

Sure enough the first night of working on my base chakra, i did feel a new kinda feel, it was a very slight tingling at the bottom of my spine. Also that night i some very powerful dreams.

The second i decide to do it again (routine). Once again i concentrate on opening my Base Chakras. Everythings going fine, i pulling energy in. Then all of a sudden i get this headache, i ignored it for a while but the more i concentrated, the powerful it became. In the end i closed my chakras and went to sleep.

I've woke up this very morning and the headache is still there. I was just wondering if anybody had an explination, or a cure :0P. I assume it's because i've tried too much too soon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
