Stop believing in them.
There, it's gone. :)
Phasing/Astral projection, so you're in the right place. Learn to shift your conscious awareness into a broader range and you won't have boundaries. After all, we are just ourselves exploring ourself down here. Regardless of whatever Aliens or other beings might do to our experience down here, they can't do anything to hold you back if you know who you really are and you make a conscious effort to move beyond whatever barriers or obstacles you come across.
Thanks, that's all I needed. :-D

Here's one way;
spend 15 to 30 minutes every day working your way through these lessons:

Hard work.
There really is no substitute.

No joke.
How we conduct ourselves in daily waking life DIRECTLY affects how we deal with the altered states of consciousness like OBE.
If you can't spend a few minutes each day making strong effort to accomplish a difficult and challenging task how do you expect to make any progress with the OBE state? They are directly connected.
Those who do not make the effort to enhance their AWARENESS of their physical world are not likely to make much progress in the attempts to enhance their awareness while traveling the Inner Worlds.
Rudy is quite correct.
I'd prefer to not do the math though, and just focus upon learning to meditate instead. :)
But yes, he is VERY CORRECT. Whatever you choose to do, learn to focus on it for extended periods of time.
Don't ducking insult my knowledge, I'm still in school and have to put up with algebra 2, don't speak on what you don't know.
Thanks guys, but I don't give up. I once spent months trying to figure our how to compose a 3d shadow pass onto a live action and I succeeded! My friend once called me desperate! I don't give up easily! Thanks for the advice though.
I've been wanting to learn precalculus, this is going to give me a boost.
Somewhat related,
Youtube, learn calculus in 20 mins.
Brilliant vid. This will get your mind going at full speed. Perfect precursor for staying aware and this speed of thought is recommended while out.

If you want a free textbook for precalculus, there is one at http://www.stitz-zeager.com/Precalculus/Stitz_Zeager_Open_Source_Precalculus.html (http://www.stitz-zeager.com/Precalculus/Stitz_Zeager_Open_Source_Precalculus.html). It's good, but I hated their writing style with a passion.

A calculus textbook that I LOVE is available free at http://www.math.wisc.edu/~keisler/calc.html (http://www.math.wisc.edu/~keisler/calc.html).
I actually have one, but I have found so many online links that I might combine them.
Thank you much.
