Hahaha, badly explained. I mean't, what actually exercises do you people do every day to increase your awareness etc?
The best way to increase your awareness is to use it. Focus more on relaxation, posture, and breathing. This detracts from the internal dialog. The more "in the present moment" you can get by being aware through your senses instead of chattering away at yourself the better.
for me: using it. the more i used it, even just moving it around with no real point, the more i learned about it and i became able to percieve it better.

I hate clearing the internal dialogue. I AM one of the few people on this particular section of this forum who HAS read/is reading Robert Bruce's works. I've read PPSD and I'm reading a bit into Astral Dynamics. The interal dialogue is the worst thing since...well...ever!!! I hate it! I've tried breath awareness like from PPSD but I believe the pages within Astral Dynamics hold more information on the trance state and clearing the internal dialogue than PPSD does. It's just....evil!
What do you people figure the most benificial energy exercises are?
