I came across some very interesting sites made by some individuals and they say they can attune you to Kundalini Reiki for free.The attunement is made from distance and i would like to know if anyone has tried this before.Also are these methods trustworthy?

I am very interested in Kundalini Reiki and want to learn it, but I am a bit skeptical about distant attunements
(probably because I want to meet the person in physical), but Stefan seems to be very serious. :smile:

You may feel or may feel not.It depends how conscious you are at the time of the attunement.But i will tell you tomorrow exactly how it feels because i will receive my first attunement from Stefan.

I will be receiving my first attunement @ 7 this evening. I'll also post my feelings. His webiste did state that what you may or may not feeel depends on your sensitivity to energy.

Yeah, it can. But the wise thing to do is not to overwork yourself at the gym :smile: And you can remove lactic acid from your muscles by just moving your limbs. It's painful a bit, sometimes even a lot :grin: but its faster :smile:
Of course you can use reiki to heal contusions. It might fasten the self healing process, but then lay of the gym for a while :wink:

I just received the 1st attunement from Stefan.I felt some energy going through my hands and some intense feelings on my 3rd eye area,although the feelings depend how sensitive you are to energy.Also i felt some pain in the chest,because the heart chakra was expanding.The feelings were more tense to my left hand as it is more sensitive and relaxed.This was the 1st out of 3 attunements i will get to Kundalini Reiki and i believe the other 2 will be more powerful because they remove some chakra blockades.

I am asking because I got an awesome idea. I thought if I do all the required sets for the day on a certain muscle then heal it for a few hours or so and then work on it again it will greatly increase the speed of muscle building because I will be able to workout more and heal it faster.

Well, you know when you work on your muscles really hard, the next day your muscles hurt. They hurt when you are trying to move around. Well they hurt because of lactic acid. When you are working out, your muscles need oxygen. When they don't get enough oxygen they switch to anaerobic metabolism to keep on working. The product of that anaerobic metabolism is lactic acid. Like I wrote before it causes the muscles pains the next day.
About your idea to workout then heal, workout again and heal... I don't know if its going to work, because basically all growth and regeneration in our physical body occurs when we are sleeping. I do not know if reiki can substitute sleep, and all what is taking place during that state.  :smile:
Don't overwork yourself, it's not healthy. Don't work too much on your muscles without giving them opportunity to regenerate. :smile:

Yes, I did receive my attunement.
I could feel the energy quite strongly on both sides of my head. Also noticed my crown chakra open and felt like static electricity on the top of my head. Also felt pain in my heart chakra area, not too intense, but it was there. I am looking forward to the next attunement for sure. Looking forward to reading about your experience.

Well there's natural healing and there's reiki healing which I think just greatly boosts your own healing by 100s-10000s times greater I think. If it can boost healing I think it would be able to increase muscle growth as well. Lets see... regeneration is the repair which regrows the cells and gaining bigger muscle is just muscles growing.. I think muscle growth is the same as muscle repair. Overwork is not my motto but increased growth is.

Ok here's the question, if I get my attunements, I know my chakra circulation will greatly increase, so will I be able to heal myself and others?

Will attunements work for a person like me? Because subliminal messages, hypnosis, and brainwave generator doesn't work or works poorly at best for me, probably because I am a stressful person which cannot be healthy for a teen. Do attunements work at all times and at full effects?

I think that attunements work for every person no matter what.Its universal energy and it applies to all people.

I have noticed this already Tantalord. Thought I was seeing things.
Seeing little sparkles in my vision. Slept in late yesterday, went to bed rather early and slept about 12 hours! I am still feeling alot of activity in my crown chakra and around my head.

A few things were going on prior to the attunement, feeling heat in the soles of my feet as well as something moving under the skin in my back which I mentioned in another thread. I figure my guides were preparing me beforehand.

I get my next attunement 1/4 @ 7, I'll keep you posted and look forward to others experiences.

I have a question for you who received attunements. Did you study Reiki (theory) and done any energy work or whatever before attunement?

I was attuned in the first level of Reiki in person, but I know it can be done in the distance. Anyway the master just take certain symbols into your chakras, and symbols can travel in the symbol-planes.

Don't forget, on the other side, that a presential attunment has more power due to the context and your believes that the closer the stronger.

Anyway, doesn't that man need a pic of ourserlves or the like?

I wasn't told to study anything.I have done some research on Reiki on my own and i found appropriate to be attuned.I will also attend a Reiki Master to attune because i have read that 2 attunements can make reiki flow more powerful,and the second one will be on person.

Do you mean by that KR boosters (4,5,..,9)? So they cannot be made remotely?

No all Kundalini Reiki attunements can be made remotely.I mean I will have Usui Reiki attunements by a Reiki Master in person

So, boiling down, is it worth the enthusiasm to contact that master to be attuned remotely in all the sections he exposes?

You can have the attunements whenever you want if you have had the first 3,or not take them at all if you wish.

How does the person attune you by just knowing the country you live in, your age, and your name?

why do xtrememind.com ask you to do so many preliminary stuff (read, write summary, abstaining from alcohols, processed foods and sexual activity for 24 hours) before the attunement, whereas on http://www.xehupatl.com/, stefan doesn't ask you to do any of that?

I had my 2nd attunement today and just wanted to share my experience.
The second attunement wasn't as intense as the first. I guess this is to be expected with having already been through the 1st attunement.

I have noticed increased frequency in the sensations in my crown chakra as well as heat in my hands and feet since the 1st attunement. This could just be increased sensitivity to energy.

Last night was the closest I have come to AP'ing. Wonder if this has anything to do with the attunements?
I'll keep you posted and look forward to reading your experiences also!

I'm not pretty sure but in accordance with the information I've read there's a mental plane (till now we all do know that) where the most basic archetypes, ideas and symbols live in. So, when you use your mind to think of something you're moving those mental "particles" in that plane.

The higher the plane the lesser restrictions it has (in terms of time and space), that's why a symbol doesn't know anything about "traveling" around the globe from one point to the other.

In fact, and I've not experienced it yet, it is said that a mere desire is enough to travel in your astral body from side to other, so if it is so fast there, much faster must be in the mental (which, always in human terms, is "above" it).

Time ago I read on talismanic magic. The theory is quite similar, because the point rests on "downloading" one of those symbols to attach it to a physical object which will act as a protector or vanisher (of course in the downward trip the symbols end up developing new layers, so they get embodied correctly in every plane).

That's my viewpoint. Added to it I suppose there's a link between both persons, more specially because everyone's name has some magical power per se to identify the guy.

So today at about 7:00(GMT +2) i received the Kundalini Reiki 2 attunement from Stefan.Although I am not sure about the time because the feelings started 1 hour later than the scheduled,and this happened the first time also.I didn't had any feelings on my hands or feet but i felt very much pressure on the third eye area.Also i felt very happy for no reason and that must be the Reiki energy.

The feelings got much more intense by the time and i closed my eyes to meditate for a bit.The feelings was going on and until now i feel a little tingling on the third eye.

I am disappointed that i didn't felt any energy coming up the spine but that doesn't not mean that it didn't(I hope so).Although for just a minute i felt something at the base of the spine,but i think was just my imagination for being impatient for the attunement :grin:.

So it has been 2 attunements so far for me and some weird feelings occur to me.Every night between 11:00 and 12:00,I have this strange feeling that the air gets lighter and a bit cold.In fact this is really relaxing as if I am breathing fresh air,like I am in a forest.Maybe its the Reiki energy,who knows :question:.

Also while meditating yesterday(using the Reiki meditation) i was so relaxed and after a while i felt on my shoulders a bit pressure like some hands were on it and giving me energy.That was really weird but it was frightening.Somewhere i have read that if you are attuned to Reiki some ascended Reiki masters will reinforce the Reiki energy,feeling just like that.

And one last thing i noticed is that i feel energy coming out from an area just above the third eye.But i don't think its the crown chakra because its lower than there.And i actually feel the energy in the air...Maybe i am leaking :grin:.

A conclusion is that these attunements actually work,if someone its not a believer.I stay focused on the next changes and i hope that these may be some major ones for my personal spiritual development

I have been experiencing this same thing with cold!
I will feel very cold in my back/shoulder/neck and hands for a while and then it will leave. It almost feels like a cold pack is there. When I touch the areas that feel cold they are warm to the touch. It's strange. I am still feeling heat in my feet and hands also at different times as well as alot of energy around my head. I have also noticed an increase in feeling spirit around me and people talking but I can't make out what they are saying.

In another forum that is especially for Reiki it is mentioned that when someone feels cold during a Reiki session,in any part of his body, it is because the negative energy in him is being crystallized.I don't know much what this has to do with the body but i suppose that the energy is being driven off.

Damn im screwed. I send my KR request thursday and still didn't get the confirmation. I guess I am too late. Should I wait for Stefan's reply on this or should I send another request to Stfan? How many days before did you guys request?

I read the next concept in a book about ascension (I put it in my own words):

The soul is something even bigger than we could imagine. It is not only the upper part of our mind but a giant tree-like structure full of branches and leaves. Every leaf is a conscience, an "ego", a "cogito ergo sum" and is put on a particular stage so it can absorb and learn some specific lessons.

So the different lives of a soul are happening at the same time and not linnearly. It may happen that the information of one leaf reaches another leaf, occurring some kind of false regression.

The tree is, unstoppably, tapping every leaf so they can move on in their evolution process. If the leaf doesn't respond or is immerse only in physical enjoyments then the tree cuts that leaf off and puts its essence in another leaf to start off again.

When all lessons are learned that leaf's function is over and its essence is reabsorbed in the tree improving all the soul itself and, in chain reaction, the other leaves.

So, all goodness you do in this life, all lessons you learn, all betters our parallel lives' quality, improving the chance to evolve more rapidly.

It's a very rare viewpoint but very fascinating at the same time. I put it on my mind time ago to see if it hatches some new knowledge.

I shouldve made attunement 1 closer to attunement 2 if I knew this would happen then i wouldve scheduled it for the next day. Will have to wait till sunday oh well.

Everyone here probably have. Yeah when I meant auric sight I meant third eye. I used to feel my third eye when i close and open my eyes like there really is another eye there.

TheDarkChakra, even if you finish reiki 1 this way you still won't be able to see immediate results with your healings.  Reiki isn't magic, it won't suddenly cure cancer, or heal a broken bone.  The healing is gradual.

Anyway, I'm meeting up with a reiki master this sunday to talk about training through reiki 1.  I'll keep you guys posted.

thedarkchakra, i'm done with attunement 1,2,3, and just recently i finished gold reiki number 1.  i'm on number 2 in a few days, then 3.  i might do more kundalini reiki with the xtrememind website....we'll see

if I have any I will post them. last time cause I didn't feel anything I only meditated for about 1 min,then watched the Drew Carry Show XD

Yeah but I'm supposed to feel the energy flowing in there when reiki is activated. And it is possible to speed up reiki to heal a cut within minutes or seconds. Trainning.

I don't think its possible to heal a cut with reiki, but you can deffinitly speed up the healing of it. b4 I was attuned to reiki, i tried healing a cut by just stimulating it with NEW and it healed about a day faster than it would normaly have.

you don't always feel the energy when getting attuned, I didn't.

Yeah but if you can speed it up a little then, you can train hard to speed it up a lot. If a cut takes 2 days to heal, with attunement reiki, it will take one. If you train somewhat, if you apply reiki in the morning, it will heal by the night. Keep trainning and it will be 6 hours and going down etc...

i don't think its physicly possible to have a wound heal and close in a few seconds, it takes time.

Well RIGHT NOW it may seem so. But after much trainning it can. Like if youre bulding muscle, u can only lift as much as 50 lbs and saying its impossible to go up to 500 lbs, but after much trainnign, it will succed. Energy improves too.

I am willing to train hours and hours a day meditating to reach the level of instant heal. I know 1 person who can do it. His family trained him since he was very very young and after years and years of meditation for hours and hours a day, he can even heal a sword wound in minutes.

Ofcource this seems overexagerated and I'm sure you probably wont believe me. But it's a job I'm willing to take, with my dreams, my motivation, I am gonna challange the human limits. I came to this website believing anything is possible, and that belief is gonna continue.

Hmmm... Interesting conversation.  I'm a Reiki Master and have helped people on this board with back pain and such but healing an open wound in that short of a period of time?  Seems a bit farsical to me...

On the other hand, I have helped many people to heal themselves through Reiki or just trusting in my inner knowledge from pain that they have endured for years.  I don't necessarily believe one needs to be Reiki attuned, I think it just gives people the confidence they need to be aware of their own Godlike essence... and see it in others.  It is the recognition of Divinity in the one who requests healing that actually does the healing.  We don't heal each other (I can't heal you) it is your own divinity being recognized by me and you heal yourself.

Well I got my second attunement. I still have't felt a thing.

Do you mean you have not experienced a higher level of awareness or you have not felt the energy go through you?   I oftentimes don't feel the energy channeling through me but I can feel the temperature of my hands rise or sometimes, I feel different bodily sensations when giving people treatments.

I didn't feel any change when I was meditating at the time when I received m attunement.

I will just do "Kundalini Reiki Meditation" Stefan taught me and that will raise my energy wether I received my attunements or not.

I got my second attunement yesterday. I could feel energy moveing through my upper level chakras. and ever sense I have constantly been feeling my brow chakra. its realy strong when I relax or do any kinda meditation/energy work, my brow and crown chakras start feeling realy realy strong and pulsate with energy.

I did do brow chakra excercises. I guess I'm to advanced to feel any strengthened by this guy.

I got my first attunement earlier today. I didn't feel much at the time but I do feel slightly different..

yeah know what you mean, my brow chackra has been "bulging" and pulsating ever since I got back into meditating and reiki learning, what's worrying me more is that other parts of my physical body are pulsating uncontrollably now

sounds like resistance to me.  I did a kundalini raising energy program and every time any of us would have physical symptoms, it was because we were resisting something and we would "blow up" in some big emotional outburst.. the next day everything was peachy keen.  What are you resisting (don't answer that here, this is for yourself) that needs to get out?

The brow chakra corresponds with the following: Extra Sensory Perception, all of the inner senses corresponding to the outer senses, which together are considered spirit-to-spirit communication. These include, for example, clairvoyance (inner sense of vision), clairaudience (inner sense of hearing), clairsentience (inner sense of touch), etc.

Are you resisting anything that could relate to any of these?  If so, the release of the emotional discomfort and resistance will also release the physical discomfort.

In accordance with what I've been reading for a while:

There's a relationship, quite tight, between all the planes which conform the whole existence. The pulse on any of them affects the other in some manner. Increase the frecuency of your etheric body and your physical one will be affected (also the astral one).

Evolution is intended to steer everyone of us in some step-by-step path so we follow our own pace. If suddenly, one of our bodies, gets filled in with a higher octave the other bodies will need to adapt to this new situation.

That's why your physical ones are experiencing those sensations. The quadruple body needs to get back to equilibrium so the non-affected bodies must do a double effort to adjust themselves.

I would agree with this.  If there is a blockage, it will start affecting your entire energy body.  The best thing to do is find the resistance and like a stopper in a bathtub, once the resistance is removed, stuff will flow.

In my humble opinion you're right about pointing out resistance, but it would be better to break down that "resistance" concept. I mean, there're different types of resistance:

1. Physical: your body is not able to support a new vibration tone, maybe because it would die or get hurt once filled with new energy.

2. Emotional: buried emotions, experiences or the like could scape from the profoundness of your subconscious mind, leading you to an unstable mind state.

3. Mental: your logic mind is not prepared to digest what is comming. Some people see an inexplicable event and they spend many years convincing themselves with scientific arguments, or just forgetting it all.

4. Spiritual: for sure, karma. If, my all means, you're not destined to do something you won't do it.

So see blockages as new oportunities to improve. If they are to dissapear, give them time to do so, if not, that'll be some test the stars are putting in your way.

I always say: if there's some obstacle in your mind, do ask your mind to deal with it in order to unblock the problem.

I just signed up for all of the other attunements in every type of reiki he does. im gonna be spitin energy! wooo hooo!

True for all of the above... yet I also found that it doesn't matter what you "do."  The resistance will take care of itself eventually and all the menturbation in the world won't help it to go away, it needs to just go and our job is to let it.

Although, I'm not really down with the whole karma thing, I feel like Karma is just consequences based on choices and if those choices go against our true nature, we will experience waht we call "karmic debt" but that's a whole different thread.

Just because you haven't felt anything doesn't mean nothing has happened :smile:
Maybe some sensations will appear later on, or maybe you won't feel anything special  :smile:
But if that gay knows what he is doing, and if you didn't reject reiki (consciously or unconsciously) it should be flowing through you :smile:
So, learn to be patient, give it some time. Observe yourself. You might begin to change because of reiki :smile:
Reiki doesn't give you what you want, only what you need. And maybe this time of doubt is something that you need :smile:

I've done all the Kundalini Reiki attunements, and I can tell you they definitely work.  I work on my mother and she definitely feels the energy, and she was a skeptic when I first offered!

I think that most people believe that "hands on" works fine - it is the remote attunements that are mainly being questioned.  :cool:

i got my level 3. i didn't meditate so I didn't feel anything, but last night I tried some healing on my self and I could feel some stuff then.

Well I've just received Kundalini Reiki attunement 1 and felt warmth only in my hands and maybe little in my chest. I think the reason why some don't feel anything is because they have opened the energy centers and now they are just strengthened. I've opened my main chakras but not my hands. Just wanted to share my experience :wink:

I had KR1 on wednesday night. The difference between before and after is startling! My mind is a whole lot less full of 'crap,' and it takes less effort to get up in the mornings. My physical senses seem more vivid at times now too.

Arg I guess there's no use but to work hard toward power for myself! Everyone else takes this for granted.

What's the most effective technique for cuping hands for a chi ball? Pictures would be appreciated ;).

That's pretty cool :)  I never felt anything as obvious straight away, its just gradual things that changed in my life.

I was always a huge procrastinator and lazy, like since I can remember.  Coincedence or not, I can definitely see that has changed for the better.

Anyways, I got my reiki attunement yesterday. I was really, really disappointed to not feel anything different. But when I woke up this morning, I realized that my mind was clearer, as in less random stuff popping into it. Once I accepted the fact that the reiki attunement worked, I felt a strange ache in the middle of my hands. I also get a sharp pain in a random part of my body once in awhile. Thanks, Tantalord, for creating this topic.  :grin:  Can't wait for my 2nd attunement!

Thank you very much Squirrely.I love to share info here in the forums that can help people.I have received all the first 3 Kundalini Reiki attunements from Stefan,and I have see some minor changes.Althought I have also been attuned to Usui Reiki level 1,and I can say that this experience was much more intense that receiving Kunadalini Reiki remotely.I have a very helpful Reiki Master that can explain me a lot more than just a single pdf.But both attunements have the intension to heal any unbalances in your body,if you do daily self treatments...And this is what matters most

The attunements arent as strong as mentioned. I'm greatly disappointed. I guess all good things come from hard work only. But I did feel some minor changes though.

Its not about what you feel during the attunements.  Its about being able to heal once you have been attuned.

My second attunement wasn't as spectacular. My brain feels a little numb now...

A few more things happened to me today after I got my first reiki attunement.

1) I can now move my awareness to different parts of my body.
2) The top of my head sometimes hurts or tingles. I think this is the crown chakra.
3) I sort of have become a little emotionless (this is a good and bad thing, but I can still laugh  :cool: )

I'll post more after effects once I get more time. Reiki attunements rock!

to beable to realy heal you have to do alot of healing on ur self. DNA, Birth Trama, Etc.

I've been reading notes for KR from xhupatl and in KR 3 there are instructions for DNA reiki, birth trauma,past life ,balance.My question is can you do it on yourself when you get KR 3 attunement or does a reiki master have to do it first?

u can do it to yourself. the technique to heal yourself is the same as distance healing, but instead of doing it your friend "bob" you send it to yourself.

I don't think the online attunements work for reiki (maybe healing the blockages or something, but not attuning one for reiki) and I don't feel like shelling out £150+ for a single attunement from an Usui master so I guess I'm not going to learn. :confused:

the internet ones work. and even if u don't think so, is there any harm in trying? it is free after all....

but if you don't beleive then they wont work, so the choice of weither or not it works is completely up to you.

No, I did get the attunements, I had my fourth this weekend, it's just that I don't feel any energy at all whenever I follow the instructions in the pdf. Maybe I'm not sensitive enough? I don't know, but I sure don't feel anything..

Well I'm not super energy sensitive(felt little warmth in my hands during KR1 and nothing during KR2 attunement) but when I follow the healing method from xhupatl I feel different in my head(probably energy :lol: )

I used Reiki at a Karate Tournament,  a practitioner was fighting and the other opponent grab is leg near the knee and did a judo through.

The other guy got a very bad muscle pull from the through.  I reiki'd his hip and side thigh and he felt it instantly and was able to walk on it and pain went away.

Frank, what sensations do you feel when you send Reiki healing remotely to someone. I have had the remote attunements being discussed here and like some of the others I am yet to be convinced that the remote attunements have worked.

I suppose I will have to have the attunements done in person when I can afford them.

I did get on Long Distance Attunement from a person in Washington State I'm in New Jersey.

I was a little Leary also but still a little open minded also lol.  I e-mailed him and we discussed the time he was going to send the reiki to me for the attunement.

I sat in chair and hand palms up facing ceiling had my eyes closed and waited at the time he said he would send the attunement.

I started to feel the same sensations during my first attunement.  From the hands (palms getting warm then hot) ( Tingling and a light breeze blowing on my hands)

Basically for me it was all the same feelings and sensations from the first one.

When I send to someone I feel the top of my head getting hot and tingling, then neck shoulders arms and hands.

Souls of feet get hot and tingles and right down my shoulder blades and lower back.

My fingers become stiff and ridged like bars of steel.

One of my friends was crying because he got a really bad bruise in his shoulder from playing football. I didn't know what to do other than to try the reiki out (I am not really experienced in visualizing). I imagined that blue energy being released from my body and curing his shoulder. I could tell the difference that his pain wasnt as painful anymore. He walked home but for me, I was so tired I had to breathe through my mouth (must be one of the side-effects of using reiki). I'm just glad I had a chance to help someone.

tireing out is not one of the side-effects of reiki. In reiki, the energy does not come from you, it just goes through you. Because you are not useing you own energy it does not tire you out. It doesn't sound like you did reiki to me.

Oh well. I probably used energy from my own body or something. If it's not that either, then it's probably a coincedence that my friend stopped crying and started running. *runs around in circles, then gets shot by the squirrel hunter*

I didn't feel anything during the attunments.  All I feel when I heal someone is a slight tingling in my hands, and when I do it remotely, a throbbing/pulsing.   That's it.  But people who I have done reiki ON, have remarked on feelings of warmth/tingling/pressure etc.  So I know it works.

I scheduled a KR1-3 with Stefan and had my first attunement tonight.

I've been attuned to Usui reiki 1-2 for several years now, and have recently been doing daily NEW work, so I was very interested to see what (if anything) would happen, what sensations I'd experience, etc.

I wasn't disapppointed!

I relaxed and meditated just a few minutes before the scheduled time.  Around the hour, the sensations crept in very slowly. I started to feel a lot of involuntary muscle twitching around my eyes/forehead, and to see light fluttering behind my eyes.  (Happens to me occasionally during trance work.)  Then, I started to feel little peals of energy brush up through my brow chakra, very mild, and rhythmic, but slow.  Almost like a little bar of light was just flashing up through it.  It was no stronger than brushing it with NEW awareness.  

However, after this point it felt like a mild little energetic tree slowly sprouted up out of my brow chakra and up towards the crown of my head.  I could feel the little tendrils searching and moving, until it almost felt like I was wearing a diadem of sensations around my head.  Sometimes, the sensation would slow for a moment, as if my tree was "gathering it's breath" then I'd feel more energy start up at the brow again, and follow along the tendrils to make further progress.  

Each cycle caused this to occur...  there'd be a pause, then I'd feel energy pulse at my brow chakra and follow the tendrils, and the tendrils would reach farther, until they were creeping down around my ears (I heard light ringing at this point),  ...PAUSE... down my face... PAUSE... and then to my throat.   Literally, after every pause, the pathway would be retraced all the way from my brow down to the newest area being cleared.

When it reached my throat, the quality of energy changed, and became more subtle, and the cycling slowed and "deepened."  It felt like a ball of energy was sitting in my throat chakra.  

After that, I lost track of the experience.. I started to trance a bit, then to fall asleep completely.

What a neat experience!

I'm scared I'll get diarrhea again.

A reiki side effect is after you're done using reiki, you sometimes feel tired.

Leilah, what happened to you? LOL.  Diarrhea is not an uncommon side effect at least in Usui reiki attunements, as the body is cleansing itself.  I think it's worth the discomfort if it means you're raising your vibrations.  

The Dark Chakra Each to his own.. I've never gotten tired from channeling reiki as it's not supposed to be pulling energy from you, but it can be very mentally tiring to focus on something for awhile, and physically tiring to stand in some of the same positions too long.  I also once treated a lady with a few other reiki practitioners and I was standing near her root chakra and got momentarily ill and overwhelmed and had to sit down.  She claimed it was because I wasn't grounding properly (Pish posh!) but later it was discovered that she had colon cancer.

Reiki power can be increase to increase healing speed.

lol, dea.  :lol: Part of the reason I put that on here was simply to make my day. Every time i think about it - i just have to chuckle. Other reason is beacause one time i really did get diarrhea after recieving reiki. although it went away in a day, it wasn't all that pleasant.

If that was so then there will be no point in dividing TA categories like TA 1-2 you can do this. They would said like 100 times to not use TA before finishing it. They are divided on the levels of how much you can handle using.

Anyways, what's really weird is that Stefan sent me the confirmation email a day after the time I was supposed to get my 4th reiki attunement (already got my 1st-3rd attunements).

But the attunements really work. I have never felt anything during the attunements, but when I even think about my third eye, I start to feel a pressure in that area. I can do this with my other primary chakras as well, just that it works better for me with the third eye. And also, whenever I am trying to sleep and the room is dark with the lights turned off, I can see normal objects moving  :shock: . It really scares the daylights out of me.

Hey, I've just recently sent an e-mail to stephen about getting K1, 2, and 3.  And in response to the debate over distance or hands on attunements, I think that it really doesn't matter, becuase for reiki, no energy is actually being given to the person, all that is being done is opening the person up to receive more energy, and a differenty theory would be that when you get a hands on attunement that the master actually can't help but give you some energy while trying to open you up to recieve the reiki energy.  Just a thought.

So, i received kundalini 1 tuesday night, the following sensations showed.
Pressure in the third eye region, and sort of a slight hurting/throbbing sensation in the throat chakra, all the while a mild cold feeling spreading through out both my hands and arms,

Has anyone taken Kundalini Reiki 4,5 and 6 from Stefan...These 3 are call Booster Attunements and make Reiki 100% more powerful..Did you experience some more intense feelings after these attunements...I decided to take them and i will post my experiences.

I finished the KR series from Stefan...because the attunements are about a week apart, it gives you time to get use to the energy - so, for me, it doesn't feel any different than KR 1,2 or 3....The difference comes when you actually use the energy - I notice a lot more energy moving around when using NEW or doing energy stuff....after a while you get use to that also....

I have also requested my kundalini reiki attunements from stefan, its a luck for me that i already know stuff about kundalini since i am doing kundalini yoga for six months now. and on of the most common sensations in my yoga class is that type of cold feeling in your body that some of you describe, well that energy IS kundalini energy, so that stefan guy is problably someone whom can ignite the serpents powers in someone else at a distance.

(ON THE SERPENT, TJE DRAGON WILL BE BORN)

I got my first attunement yesterday and i felt some pressure on the third eye and some tingling around the crown and the hands.  They were subtle.  The amazing thing i noticed is that my auric vision has become almost instantaneous and i am able to see human auras now.

Thats interesting about that aura thingy InnateBuddha, perhaps my aura vision will also improve with the attunements.
just a question can you also see colors in human auras?

Coud you please discribe how the aura looks and how you see it, does it take effort, do you look at the person in a special way, do you feel anything special when you see an arua,
are you usually tired or energetic when you see them?

where goes the line from after images to auric vision?
example, when i look at someone for as little as a few seconds i can see a light band around them, stretching something like 3 - 5 cm out from their bodies, but when i do set my eyes on something else, the image of the person does follow and i see the whole image, usually in one color with some light variations.

Well esoel those are interesting questions and i will do my best to answer them.

-When i see an aura it of a person it looks like a band of colored light around them expecially around the head and the shoulders and i can see some type of energys also, and no it does not take effort and i look kind off half staring half focusing at a person.
-I ussually see them better when i am tired so my mental barriers are a bit down.
-and yes i see them instantanius.
-and the question about the after imaging is very interesting because since i have began to develop aura vision the after images comes much faster then normal, so i really have to be carefull not to see an after-image as an aura, because it can be a thin line sometimes.
-In the beginning of aura-training i only saw a white band of light around the head about 6 inches wide. I only started see certain colours recently.

astraluminated- yeah i can see colors on the human aura...it was very difficult before my attunement to see it but now its easier.  

esoel- go to Stefan's site and download the e-book "How to See Aura" by Robert Bruce...its a very good resource on developing auric vision.

my auric vision wasnt instantaneous before...it took a while but now it pretty much is instantaneous.

Thanks for the feedback, it does sound about right as with what i am experiencing as well. the more haistly seen afterimages, and the light band around people as well.

I think i actually read through the guide on seeing aruas once, but it´s a long time ago, i might just pick it up again, Thanks.

Anyhow, i receved my KR2 attunement this monday, and thought i´d write a few sentences about it.

This one was not the same as the first one for me, the biggest difference being the intensity.

The first attunement was a sort of all over feeling, the second was alot more pointed to certain areas. more like needlepoints awareness of places.
The third eye was still prominant, and also the arms, but with the needlepirck feelings, not the all over kind. and also the same kind of needleprick sensations down my spine, but this was when i concentrated on it, so that might account for that feeling.

All in all, very positive experience.

As I've posted in some other places, I got KR6 a few nights back and my, my, my... after I went to bed it started to stimulate a spontaneous OBE.  I was in the middle of a dream about showing someone about Tom Brown's Envisioning (whereupon you enter and interact with a 3D space vs. just viewing it 2D) when I started to feel something weird and uncomfortable happen, and I forced myself to wake up and found myself in the middle of an energetic storm of sorts; the symptoms pointing at a classic gear-up for an OBE.  Frankly, it was overwhelming and if I had been calm and lucid enough to recognize for what it was, I wouldn't have stopped it cold.  It was some seriously cool stuff... all my little electrons were quite excited; I was extremely hot, felt about 3 times my size, and heard booming/thumping all through my body and loud purring vibrations at my back.  It was like being thrown into the middle of an engine room, and all systems were go.

Well... I just got my first attunement (KR1) at 10pm tonight and I don't remember feeling anything... I was watching The Office on NBC, then went on to do something else and forgot about it... :[

Anyway, I've practiced it on myself tonight, on my left index finger to be exact, which I badly cut when attempting to cut ping pong balls in half (see "ganzfeld effect with ping pong balls" @ Welcome to Astral Consciousness!)

The blood finally started coagulating and normal color returned to my skin, but I think that's just the result of removing the bandage. If I am able to take a shower tomorrow without having to put plastic foil over my finger, though, I think it'll be proof that something worked :P

Anyway, I lied down for my daily OBE attempt, and thinking "Reiki" and concentrating on healing myself gave me the same effect as reciting a mantra, it does a really good job at soothing the mind.

I'm a bit disappointed that I'm not feeling any kind of energy or vibration, though. I do have this feeling that my whole body is hotter, but then again, for the first time in weeks Montreal isn't snow covered, it even rained!

So hmm... We'll see if anything happens as I get attuned to higher levels...

I'm having my first kundalini reiki attunement tomorrow in the morning. Stefan is a really kind person and replied almost instantly to my request. So, I'll relate my experience here on Monday.

Anyway I'd like to comment that I received "normal" reiki's first attunement some months ago. I felt but nothing. We were all spread on a circle and the teacher moved from one friend to other inserting the symbols into our chakras.

Before that I was feeling like dirty. The overall sensation was something like "I'm going to receive a special thing and I don't know if I'm apt to have such a gift". You know, a kind of inferiority sense or occidental complex.

Because of that, and thanks I was at the end of the row, I decided to open my mind up and started to NEWing so when my turn arouse all my chakras where wide open and functioning.

Anyhow I must remark I didn't feel anything special. It's true that my hands responded quickly to the intent of reikiing but it was a feature I had before (thanks to NEW, of course).

So, don't know if there is going to be any difference this time. I hope so, and I'll come back to relate it.

The after-effects of the attunements for some people are instantaneous but for other take some time to be consciously feel-ed.As you use Reiki more often you body becomes more comfortable to he energy and its vibrations higher.As an example I have been attuned to Usui Reiki level 1 also,and 2 months after the attunement i have felt heat only once and some tingling spontaneously.


I believe that Reiki,any kind that have been attuned,has helped me with OBE's and lucid dreams.It does not matter the system that you use because Reiki is the same kind of healing energy at all.

I haven't yet achieved a fully conscious OBE,but after i have been attuned to Kundalini Reiki 6 booster with Stefan,i have a more often semi-Obe's.
I use the word semi-Obe's because the fact that i never have had an OBE i don't know how it is,but i have some weird experiences that look like OBE.I feel and see me getting up from bed and starting to wonder within my house and this feeling last longer since the attunement.Also my astral sight is more clear and for the first time today,when i was out of body,i saw from my windows many people floating around.This happens when they are out of body and dreaming.

While I'm not able to vouch for the effectiveness of Kundalini Reiki (I have yet to feel anything when self-treating and I don't have anyone else to treat) I can say that the Ethereal Crystals attunements do seem to work. Besides a feeling of energy at the time of placing various crystals, I've also remembered my dreams five days in a row (that's exceedingly good for me) after placing a crystal in my brow chakra.

So, now i have receved the KR 1 - 3 from stefan.

Here´s a few thoughts about it as a whole,

The first one was the most noticable for me, sort of all over sensations.
with the third eye pulsing and the throat chakra pulsing and slightly hurting. And a feeling of cold in both my hands and arms.

The second one, was more local sensations, like needlepoints along the arms, the spine, and prominantly in the third eye region.

The third one was different from the other two in that i did not feel it in any special place but as i concentrated, i coud feel the hairs on my arms snap into new positions, this started on my arms, and continued all over the body, though not the head.
The day before when i was playing around with shields the same thing happened, hairs on my arms bristled as i extended the shield over that particular area, and continued throughout my body.

And i did not take off a shirt just before, not moved my arms or anything like it, i was sitting perfectly still.

This might have happened before as well, but i have not been aware of it.
have anyone had similar epxeriences?

My experience has not been so "chakric". I received my first one (KR) on Saturday and the second just today, some hours ago.

On Saturday I felt something like relaxation on the top of my head. After the process (I passed 30 minutes laid down after the scheduled hour in order to absorb the energy... did you do the same?) I realized some of my old habits had half disappeared... yes, it's true. I'd been trying to correct several useless mind behaviors. After the process one part of my mind tended to went on the same way but the core thought system had changed because I, somehow, understood how stupid it was to be slave of such things.

Don't know if I'm pointing it out clear enough. The change was not like feeling fireworks, it was something more subtle, something plutonian, from below I felt a new thing growing upwards, but so faintly and delicately I'm not able to describe it in an appropriate way.

More mind changes went on flourishing all the day long. I felt as if the rest of my life's contexts were of no interest at all. My relationship, my family, my job,... a kind of hollowness that scared me a bit but which I decided to see with a more positive viewpoint. Thank God it was Saturday and that I was able to settle down when I went out with my friends.

Today, Monday, I have felt no physical or chakric sensation neither, but after the process I, intuitively, have sensed a feeling of "yes, it happened again".

By the way I'll comment another interesting thing. Time ago I learned how to communicate with my subconscious mind with the help of a pendulum (in fact a chain of gold which I wear since childhood). I asked it about the initiation and I had a positive answer.

The last curious point is that sometime ago I heard about a special water called "diamond-like water". I looked for it for months. His creator stated that it was able to tune the subtle bodies and unblock any blocked energy. My search was in vain, but suddenly on Sunday a friend of mine (which I met by the first time some months ago) told me that she had that water. She, also, instructed me that this water leads you to curious situation, weird dreams and spiritual thoughts.

That's all. Now I'm at the office so I don't think I will be able to note anything here :-)

Well, I received KR2 tonight as well... And I haven't felt anything special :(

While I'm a bit disappointed that I have yet to witness anything "tangible," I'm hoping that I will feel the attunements as the higher levels come.

To answer your question andonitxo, i usually sit on a soft mat with my legs crossed and my back propped up against my bed.

I´v had truble sometimes while meditating to stay awake if i lay down in bed, and this sitting position for me is very comfortable, and keeps me awake if i did begin to nod off.

And as for the timing, i just stay concentrated as long as it feel like i shoud.
Usually, when meditating i just think to myself the time i will spend meditating and mostly i snap out of it around the time i set for myself.

I have also been practicing NEW methods on and off for a bit over a year, so the sensations accompanying it are nothing new to me either.

But as for habits, i still love sweets :/

I'm really enthusiastic with this new gift. Even though I've only received the first two initiations I can feel the reiki energy flowing with such power that I have no doubt about the effectiveness of the process.

When I, imaginarily, write down someone's name on my palm and clasp my two hands together I feel a kind of a warm sphere around them and my heart chakra inflames itself.

With the traditional Usui system I had to concentrate a lot to make the energy move, but with this kundalini system the energy flows "freely", and needs but a little intent to activate.

Time ago I read some texts about Dionysus and Apollo. The state of grace achieved when your heart chakra is fully activated is similar to a state of inebriety or marijuana trip in which you feel just happy and complete and the energy flows naturally around your being (that's why those gods rule light, wine, childhood, and so...).

I seem like a journalist. I've received my 3Th initiation on KR. Once again I have not felt great fireworks, but I must admit it works pretty well when I practice it.

This time, and when there were just 5 minutes left to start the process I asked myself... -how to know when it's coming?. After some deep breathings and some energy movements NEWing, a picture came to my mind, a guy spilling water from one glass to other.

In that moment I've had the presentiment of reiki coming.

After the process I've felt myself more integrated in my body and, again, I've had the feeling of something on top of my head.

Just that. Hope my experience helps others.

I have had my fourth kundalini reiki attunement but did not felt anything spectacular, felt energy blocks being removed from the hart-chakra, and some cold energy in my body, but that usually also happen when i just lie down an relax, Its problably because i do kundalini yoga that i don't feel that much. but he andonitxo that something on top of your head could be a small thread of kundalini energy.

I've received my 5Th today. As always there's no tangible energetic change in my body, but my mind, for sure, has changed.

When I send reiki energy I feel all the chakras, even the lower ones (don't know why, because in theory the shouldn't take part of the process). It's interesting to note your head vibrating and as if it were "inflated".

After the sending I feel renewed and quite happy, and with the feeling of "wanting more", as if practicing was a kind of a trip.

Yesterday I was outdoors, in the mountain. I put my hands on a tree and let the reiki flowing. I got into a state of joy.  :smile:

And curiously when I'm in the city people tend to stare at me in the street... could it be due to the vib rate change?, anyone has noted something similar?

As for people staring at you,i have had something similar...I was a very shy person before reiki came to my life's path and haven't had much success in relationships,either friendly or love...I have noticed that many people,that are total strangers,now come and talk to me and for a long time i have been meeting old friends from school periodically and even past relationship that haven't seen for a very long time.Generally I am more open to create new friends and I am not so shy as i used to be before...

For sure Reiki has a critical part in this,and i consider this a miracle for myself because i have never imagined that i would overcome my shyness and feel so much euphoria in my life.

The 6th arrived. This time my third eye activated by itself just a bit. Some pictures of cleansing came too.

When I use it my upper chakras open really strongly. I can feel great balls of energy around my head, throat and heart. The more need a patient has the more energy flowing I feel. With some cases I felt but nothing... that'll mean they didn't need reiki at that time.

Sadly Earth itself needs reiki... I proved with her too.

I've finally ended up my kundalini reiki initiation process. Awesome!, I feel my upper chakras burning bright while I'm practicing it. Even my throat chakra, which was a bit switched off.

Skepticism is a clear barrier in these kind of things. My attunements where not very notable, but when I put it in practice I feel rivers of energy flowing down my head and my hands burning in energy.

Give it a try. Reiki attunement is just a key that unlocks what you already have.

I had my first attunement this morning.  I felt a few of these senstations in my crown and heart, as well as the palms of my hands.  I also made a quick attempt at healing and it did not start at first.  But I sat there for about a minute and then my palms felt like there was energy coming in and I started to feel the energy.  I am looking forward to the others this week.

One questions.  Are you guys using your Higher self for K4-K9 or are you asking Stefan for this attunement.

You ask the Higher Self only to attune other persons,and He is not involved to  your own attunements.Of course you ask Stefan.

The more you use reiki the stronger it becomes, I didn't feel it at first either, until I started practicing Robert Bruce's N.E.W. again - that's when I could totally feel it....

Picture it as your inner child. Think of your childhood, your innermost desires of love and well-being. Think of places of your childhood where you felt secure and free. Evoke all of those thoughts and your heart chakra will start to inflame gradually.

When you achieve a certain state of joy in which you feel united with the universe and you're not worry about mundane problems, then ask for the presence of your higher self with the conviction that he/she/it is listening and appearing.

In that moment solicit him your petition.

It's a very vivid and fulfilling experience and it may take you some whiles till you are able to reach its peak.

What I understood from that statement is that after you've been initiated you have to use your gifts in some certain way they'll ask for (as to heal Earth, patients from a list, or so).

Aren't you impressed about the varied list of reiki sorts?  :eek:

Really there is a wide range of Reiki attunements to take,but in my opinion is better to consentrate on one or 2 systems.

That energy is a bit weird in the sense that it is not so "powerful" as kundalini's one is.

When I put to work kundalini reiki my hands burn and my chakras open themselves a lot, it's something really strong.

But when I try golden reiki its energy comes more subtly. It starts really softly and grows progressively. After some minutes you feel yourself quite differently.

My conclusion is that Gold Reiki is much powerful and much subtler at the same time. A kind of energy that works transmuting the core of your being.

I've based this conclusion on my own being. Everytime I try to improve myself in some way my subs-mind tends to put some kind of obstacle and I pass some days fighting with myself till it calms down again and I can go on.

I hope to hear from you also about GR.

Last night I received my first attunement for Kundalini reiki 1, from Stefan Kammerhofer of www.xehupatl.com.

About half an hour before I had arranged to receive it, I performed the LBRP and lay down in my room and relaxed.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical about whether I would feel anything.

I was wrong to be skeptical.

About 10 minutes into the time period, my hands felt as if they were 'vibrating' and my head became very light.

This sensation was then followed by an incredible sensation at the point of my third eye. Words can't describe what it felt like, but I'll try anyway: It was like a 'magnetic' pressure being applied to the point between my eyes, stretching up a little into my forehead. I had a distinct spinning sensation which made me feel as if I were on a giant cartwheel. This lasted for a long period of time and I began to feel a little bit frightened.

It eventually subsided and all the sensations stopped.

I went downstairs to see my fiance, and before I had said anything to her, she asked what the red blotch was between my eyes. I ran to the mirror and coldn't believe what I saw: a red mark about half an inch in length between my eyes - in the exact point where the sensation occurred.

Is this normal? What does it mean, if anything? Has anybody else experienced similar sensations during 'attunement'?

Wow this is great! I had vibrations in my root chakra, my hands and feat heated up and tingled. I had energy activity in my arms and legs. My heart chakra (which i thought had some blockages) felt like it had a weight lifted of it. Also energy activity in 3rd eye crown and sacral/naval.

Sounds very nice. I'm going to have my first attunement this Thursday.  :wink:

I just had my first attunement, and it was definitely noticable. Throughout the whole attunement I had strong sensations down my spine. At times it felt like someone with really warm hands was walking their fingers up and down my spine, sometimes it felt like it was vibrating, and then towards the end (and right now) it felt like liquid fireworks running up and down. By that I mean it felt like liquid was trapped in my spine, but shooting up and down like a firework.

At points my spine hurt, other times it felt extremely hot. There is still energy running up and down my spine right now but it feels cooler than it did during the attunement.

I also got warm, almost vibrating sensations in my chest area. At times they too hurt, but not as badly as the ones in my spine. I felt slight pressure in the area of my third eye, as well as at the top of my head towards the end.

The sensations in my hands and feet were barely noticable. They mainly just felt warmer. My whole body felt walmer.

A couple of times I felt really euphoric. About 10 - 15 minutes into the attunement I became so happy that I started crying. I felt like for a moment I understood something but I didn't even know what. It was like some kind of reassurance. And once again now I find tears in my eyes. I'm not quite sure why but it feels great.

Strange; just now I have started to feel sensations of energy shooting through my legs.

Anyway the experience has definitely strengthened my belief in remote attunements, and Kundalini Reiki in general, and I would definitely recommend that others give it a try. I can't wait to see what I will be able to accomplish thanks to Kundalini.

I'm wondering will it still be as strong as before, since I haven't done it in a while.

I got attuned back in february, if you think you are out of practice, consider how long since I practiced.

Theoretically an attunement opens up "a door" that can't be closed anymore. So if you are attuned you have a lifelong reiki "power". It's true that our minds are limited, I mean, if you believe you can't, you won't.

Anyway you can be attuned several times for the same reiki system, just to be reboosted. Or even more, you can combine reiki with other energy techniques, like NEW.

As always... faith is more effective that reattunements.

I have to tell you that The Kundalini is not just a dumb energy you can play around with, it can think, it is much smarter than you that don't tolerate abuse. And when you try to awaken Her unauthorised the protecting deity Shri Ganesha, whom is the child-God seated at the mooladhara Chakra gets very upset and starts to punish you by exciting the right side or the heat side subtle energy channel, sometimes people can get blisters and their organs burnt because of this abuse of your Kundalini. So the head that you feel is not Kundalini. I know not many of you want to hear this, but this is my experience. Perhaps you all should read upon so-called Kundalini awakening stories and see the suffering that it had bring to their lifes. Depression, painfull intens heat, hearing unfriendly voices and much more unpleasant things. Your own Kundalini is the Divine feminine power within you, She is your individual spiritual mother, and how could a mother hurt Her own child like that. Remember that not everything unknown is Divine.

I'm not sure if that "kundalini reiki" name pinpoints exactly to the kundalini awakening. In other words, we are using kundalini at every second of our lives because she is the fire that makes our bodies function. Another thing would be to awaken her in all her power. That could cause a wide range of effects, depending on the subject's energy state.

But there's no such punishment from Ganesha. That's rubbish. It's all a mechanical thing and, as physics' laws function in our world, so the awakening functions according to some strict rules. There's no magic nor punishment. If you take too much sun the first day of summer your skin will get burnt; that's logical.

If you follow a clean diet, you have a clear heart and a well trained head it's difficult to get hurt by kundalini.

Please, gimme a break. Such apocalyptical language should be avoided. None can have a spiritual funeral, that's nonsense. To say that sorts of statements is to lie and to scare others with no objective knowledge. Each one of us have a different energy pattern, maybe yours was not dusted enough to hold kundalini's awakening.

I do know what kundalini awakening means. I've been reading a lot about it and its dangers. You can even look for kundalini threads in this forum and you'll see we are more informed that you thought.

That doesn't mean I'm not going to cross the line. I will, because I want and because I feel I must do so. If you want to advance something in this life (in spiritual terms, of course) just bear in mind the four rules: To Know, To Will, To Dare and To Keep Silent.

If you don't dare even if you know... nothing will happen.

By the way, kundalini reiki is safe... Everyone should take advantage of such gift to heal himself/herself and others.

Maybe all those books are wrong, maybe Kundalini does not feel like the heat everybody feels but as a gentle enlightening cool breeze that flows within your system. It is a loving and caring intelligent energy that don't want to hurt you, that nourishes your chakras body and soul. She can be your counselar a loving companion within. Is this not what whe all should be looking for then all those sensational based effects, if you discard this as completely untrue because of you current believes can you call yourself seekers of truth, ask yourself what are you seeking, are you seeking God, the spirit, or the atma, which is the beautiful reflection of God within youself, which is compasion, divine unconditional love or are you seeking sensation or pampering of your ego that you do this or that moves energys or obe. Do you think that is the perpose of humanity. Ask yourself; How much joy do i give to others, do others enjoy my present, am i a loving person, do i enlighten others? Am i a good man? Ask yourself if all these energy flowing through you because of your practices, does it enlighten you, is this energy joyfull, does it give me peace and mental and emotional balans. Ask yourself what you are doing, maybe you are doing it to become someone very interesting and like a big dominating person who thinks he knows it all. Aks yourself if this path which you are on, does it lead you to God? Or are you a person that only believes in the devil? ask yourself what it is you want to believe, what does this say about myself? Just introspect on it

I agree with you in all of that.

Every man/woman is a temple. He/she has a unique pattern and so he/she must introspect about how to evolve in a certain life. And that's why everyone will experiment the awakenings in different ways, even though I think there's a common pattern for we all.

It's impossible, impossible to awaken her if you're not prepared enough. Muladara is covered in three sheets that protect the body from the immense power of kundalini. A progressive learning progress and a cleansing of the mind/spirit makes those sheets fall off. When the energy system and the mind are prepared enough they completely disappear and kundalini can rise automatically.

It can also happen that a master force it to awaken. In my opinion that's inmoral, because there's no way to know what's going to happen. But it seems some masters can make it awaken in people.

An by the way, reiki is the healing power born from love. It's the heart chakra which conduces the downloaded energy to the hands so you can emit and cure.

So, what happens in Kundalini reiki healings, andonitxo? I've done a couple and no one felt anything, including me.

If I get acupuncture, for example, I feel it, and I can monitor its progress. You know, if someone like Benny Hinn heals you (and he hasn't prepped you first), you get up from your chair and walk! I haven't had any sort of experience like this with Kundalini reiki.

I did, in a couple of personal sessions, experience the sensation of thumping energy moving around my body. But since then, nothing. I thought maybe I was imagining this, that I was very relaxed and felt the natural chi in my body.

I mean, how could any system work without effort? Even in magick (apparently), you have to train your will and align yourself to certain energies or forces before spells will work. Then - Allakazzar!

What successes have you experienced through Kundalini reiki, andonitxo?

What odd. I can't understand why you have so many problems. In my personal case its use is so straightforward.

I mean, when I started up with KR I felt but little sensations, but something inside myself was talking to me to went on. So, I kept the practice and in less than a week I started to feel a burning like sensation in my heart chakra.

And that sensation grew up in strenght (very pleasant, indeed). As time passed by the sensation expanded to my throat and my skull.

The feeling is like a kind of electricity, an inner massage, very very pleasant. A globe of something feeling my tissues. A genial stab in my heart... all those things.

An its effectiveness is proven. I've tried with many people and the result has been always the same: an improvement of their illnesses.

Hey everyone, I thought I might add my experience as well. I just finish with my second attunement today at 10am, having my next one tomorrow (same time). My hands seem to be open quite big, not sure if its because of the attunement or because of my own meditation with and without audio assistant. I feel this air sensation on both of my palms, its a great feeling. I've been attempting to heal myself from illness. So far haven't notice any changed yet, but am determined to continue. Can't wait till the 9th KR. I have many family members with illnesses, which I intend to cure all of them. My brother has a rare skin disease called Psoriasis, which has no conventional cure. My father has ankle problem, and my mother has bone thinning problem. I myself have some illness I want to cure. I'm thinking about completing the KR series, Reiki Master Stefan says on his page, we can do the Tacyon simultaneously with another attunement.

Before KR attunement, I've done self-hypnosis, and tried to astral project. Still trying to astral project, but seems difficult, so I'm trying to increase my energy, and try to control it better, so that I can control my vibrational frequency to astral project. I had in the past, been able to enter into alpha/theta, to heal my sore throat in 2 meditation, in between of 20 mins. It totally healed my itchy soar throat, however it wasn't the intense type, nonetheless it worked. I had open 8 of my chakra port, but only my hand chakra seem to stay open. anyone else have this problem?

You can download the audio books and the hemi-sync at Demonoid.com. Theres alot of good material there. You must also download a peer 2 peer program called bittorrent. Just google it, I use Azureus, but for those who aren't familiar with setting their firewall, try to find something easier to use. It is said that the membership for demonoid is open on Fridays only (today), however, I've been able to register on a different day.

P.P.S. Anyone here changed their healing ball to emit heat? I once watch a video of a Chinese Qi Gong master on discovery, he heated up his hands to 2000 f (scientist observe in amazement with their heat sensing tools). He is also a healer, he can also walk on thin Chinese painting paper, and not rip them  :-o.  I'm trying to find that video, but can't seem to find it, anyone come across it, let me know. Thx

If many members of your family tend to be ill maybe that could be because some family karma. Check your astrologycal chart and look for potential tensed energy patterns (search on google about "medical astrology").

Tacyon, according to my tests, has but little effect. I note nothing when using it. Contrary, with reiki my chakras flare.

Reiki would be useful for you, but if you are to suffer to pay debts from the past... you'll find no escape.

Ah, I nearly forgot it. A family's components energy patters are interlinked. So maybe you all are in a vicious loop of non equilibrated energy patterns.

Even more, they didn't know about what was happening to them, so they thought they were suffering from some illnesses.

I remember one of the cases: a women you thought she was a tumor in her head because of the sensations from sahasrara chakra (once ignited by the mother fire).

By the way, and don't forget this. Kundalini awakening has a lot to do with humor. You must laugh about the process and don't fear it. Just let yourself go with the flow till it is completed. Taking thing so seriously can drive you paranoic.

Has anyone ever considered that these attunements are not "free"? If you're allowing any energy to work through you, you are "signing a deal". The question is, do you know the details of the deal, do you know what you are gaining and what you are loosing? I'm horrified to see people run with excitement to do iniciations and attunements without even considering that this way they are hooking themselves up to certain systems. It's not a question of good/bad..it is a question of benefits/faults and mostly, the question of freedom. Can one be free while working = being hooked up to ANY system?

Well. I've started to appear as the "protector of the reiki" or something like that.

Guy, as long as you have a stomach you're attach to pills when you need to cure any illness related to it. It's your body.

And as you have a bunch of layered energy artifacts called chakras you can open them with the help of some symbols. Could you open them with cabalah's symbols? Or with the help of other esoteric devices? Maybe... what would be, anyway, the difference?

Boiled down. There's always an interchange when dealing something. You spend money and you receive goods. Maybe the deliverer will not be your favourite one, but if you need the good you'll have to buy to him.

Explore your mind... don't you want to commit? Are you afraid of being involve in something? If you are so you have no other way but to invent your own system  :-).

Just start practicing. The symbols are inserted, the doors opened. Clasp your hands and summon the reiki force. It will come inmediately.

It took me one week to start off feeling the energy  :wink:

I have been researching kundalini and was wondering what exactly is kundalini rekiki and how do it differ from "normal" reiki.

I have seen a symbol called the fire dragon which is used to symbolize the energy coming up the spine. Does kundalini reiki use that.


Sorry if this question has been asked but I could not find an answer in the first page.

Yes, but doest that mean I have to follow it? I thought that we are here mainly to experience free will, and because of that I am the creator of my own life. Yes, it can be tough, but that is the part of the learning isn't it?
Has it occoured to you how much energy you are giving away to this system that you are supporting? My effort and time taht I "waste" on living my life is really nothing to what you are giving away.
My thinking is actually more Aquarian, as for I believe that if you want to be free you have to set yourself free. Hooray to the Aqarian that will bring down the old sytems that are manipulating humanity.

There's no such free will, even if you think so. Pseudo free will would be the best idea. Karma rules your life and the planets draw the stage. Don't think God have free will neither.

You are exchanging energy with any system that you are supporting to say the least. They never tell you what you have to give, otherwise people would doublethink before limiting their freedom by putting symbols on their chakras. If you are comparring you own lifeforce to our faulty brain...well...what can I say...

Don't be so peevish. I know what I know, and I have my own inner world in which things have a certain order and importance.

Reiki is based in love, and love is the law. I see it very clear. And yes, when you're initiated your master may ask you, before, for an energy interchange. But it uses to be to just send healing energy to earth every now and then. Not very difficult, not really expensive.

We should determine what's life force, anyway. Maybe we are just little sparks, and the rest comes from outside.

Don't be so touchy folk, go and know what you know, and never let go of it. Heydy ho. :-D

If you wish to have an attunement better find a Reiki teacher that can assist you also after the initiation because when you start 'working' with yourself you might face fears,energy blockades and a cleansing progress might occur.The teacher will guide you property and help you with anything that will arise from the deeps of your soul  :-)...
