i'm gonna try to be on there for as long as i can so that others who stumble in won't find it so empty anymore ^_^ . although, i'm only human and so i can't be in there 24/7 []

thing: yes. but on the arena.webchat.org server (or maybe just any webchat.org server) is where the astralpulse chat is located. it's like meeting at starbucks: you have to know which city everyone is meeting in, and even usually which area of the city, before you can all meet together in one place [].

Well, I personally use mIRC for my chatroom client instead of the scripting they use for browser based rooms (can connect to more than one channel, less processor intensive so easier to connect to multiple servers if you want, and script interface so you can develop text based games or special functions if you need them, plus other things...).

If anyone needs help setting up mIRC for the rooms used on various webpages (the ones that start with #RoomName are IRC based chatrooms), I can help you with it. It's much more complicated than any OBE technique out there, so I figure I should get a couple PMs regarding this. (Step 1 usually requires downloading the client, so if you don't want to download a 1 mb file, then just use the web clients...) Just PM me if you want help on IRC stuff.
