LIFTING TO THE SPIRIT

I can remember having some strange experiences while fully awake, of feeling like I was 'coming out the top of my head' or sort of feeling very 'tall' for a lack of better words.
I can remember driving my mother's car, and all of a sudden feeling very much like this. I was in control of the vehicle, but also somewhat entranced, and feeling like all my awareness was in my head region.
I've also had feelings like that later when I learned self-hypnosis, how to put myself into a very deep trance, and I got so deep that my body sort of felt numb, but part of me felt heavy, and the other part lighter, like I was sort of approaching a more vertical state although I was lying down.
I'd like to hear more about what your friend says.

Hello: You wanted to know more about what my friend said.? He said that we all have and are at the same time angels. The sensation of getting taller is because your are getting in armony or in touch with this part of yourself that knows. This friend of my has a whole description of the spiritual world and is teaching me some stuff. Have you ever read Castaneda? Remember when Don Juan touches his back or shoulder to make him feel diferent states of conciuones because the movement of the perception point, well, I think is the same thing. Our point of perception is moving a little bit. He also is trying to teach me how to start my heart on. He points to my heart with his fingers and then I feel heated and blood moving slowly. When this happens everything around me starts to get darker or fogy. Other stuff is to teach me sword movements and shield movements. Not marcial arts. The sword is spiritual and the shield too.We use them to destroy dragons made of lost spirits. Dragons are the result of ego activity. I believe only what my heart says, not my racional mind. I havent seen dragons yet but one thing is for sure: my friend knows things that I dont know, and make things I cant.

Hey:

Have you ever felt the sensation of gravity pulling your body down while another part of you lifting up? I know for sure that we can enter higher planes while standing and completele awake. I know this guy that touch my elbow and lifts me up "to the spirit" he says. He said that he wolud share some enery to me so I can go up. He made that 4 times in this month. So, yesterday I went to "Sensorama" a place where you can interact and sensibilize your senses. I felt  the same thing, and knew I was learning to lift me up by myself. He said we all know how to do this and more, and that we have to remember, not with ordinary memory,  with body. He said to me that when I,m in this lift up sensation its because I ,am alredy in astral planes but cant see them, because I havent wake up my centers. What do you thing?
