Dear Thing:

Do you have a question?

Dear Robert:

In answer to your questions, lying on my bed, I was sensing my individual toes on my right foot, the sole and instep and began to draw the energy up my leg. I don't remember exactly where I was on the leg, probably around the calf, when my whole body went into one giant spasm. It felt like my whole body left the bed. The best way I can describe it is like where you see in the movies medics trying to revive a patient whose heart beat is not registering on a monitor. They put two handheld electrodes on the patient's chest and enter an electrical charge into the heart region. The focus of the force is at the heart region, but it appears as if the spinal column arches also. I felt that happen in me. For a fraction of a second, the patient's whole body is jolted. That is exactly what my experience was like. I had experienced that before when doing total body relaxation, but they were mild compared to this one. This was like a giant tidal wave compared to a little beach wave. Previous episodes of lesser intensity occured, twice as I remember, but instead of one jolt, there were several small vibrations that immediately followed one another, perhaps a total of three. I have seen people having epileptic seizures, and it wasn't like that at all. I was totally consciousness, observing what happened.

The main force did seem to be centered in the chest area.

I always felt good after these experiences. I never felt exhausted or fatiqued. This was so extreme that I took note of the after effects and I had a burst of energy that broke through or overcame my inertia in respect to decision making, and had no further doubts in respect to what I should do with the rest of my life. I doubt that I could ever return to my limited state of consciousness.

I understand that some negative entities do not want to be detected, so they assume a hiding stance in unsuspected places such as lazziness and inertia. The individual might accept this as part of his character. I have to admit that at times, I have been just downright lazy. So I will accept your comment of an attachment breaking away as well as significant energy blockage being released.

My work with the pendulum indicates that there was significant energy blockage in that area rather than attachment. Probably sufficient enough to warrant the extensive jolt. I can accept the idea of attachment breaking away however.

In this morning's meditation, I sensed my feet and raised the energy again. I anticipated having the same experience again and was a little bit hesitant, but it didn't occur.

That's about the most I can recall of the details.
