I just want to ask if using neodymium magnets can have bad effects on the brain? I've been looking for health information on the internet but  I haven't found something about the brain.

Yes, the pressure creates focus on that area. Just like focusing on that area period does. The coin has just become the tool of choice here though.

The magnet, I don't know about that one. I know that magnets create a current and the body is an every flowing energy current, so it's possible the magnet is effecting something.

I took it off after wearing it for over a year when I started having "heart palpitations". I went to my family doctor and had all the proper tests for a logical reason for the heart palpitations, but he found none. I then did some research on magnetic therapy and sure enough, it stated that a very small amount of people could experience Heart related symptoms.

I can't explain 'blocked', I couldn't breathe properly anymore, I started feeling immense pressure in the third eye area. Before that I started hearing those preseparation sounds but i got distracted so i stayed in my body and after that i felt the tiredness. I have problems with the sinuses occasionally and that can be problem with breathing sometimes as it quickly fills my throat with saliva and i have to swallow then continue breathing. I had to get up early this morning so turned on my stomach and fell asleep. What happened in the logs is from this afternoon, about 30 mins ago. I was very tired, so I layed down on my back and this started unfolding very quickly. It was like a video tape. I had some music in the background and I didn't use the magnet at all this time. My physical eyes were opened. It lasted for 10-15 minutes then I turned on my stomach to try to get some sleep but I couldn't so I hopped to my chair and wrote this. Yesterday, as suggested by a friend I closed my eyes and pushed them slightly and I was able to see through my third eye. I knew this because I felt slightly disoriented as it was new to me to see through it and it wasn't a very solid vision but it started building up. I will keep this updated with any new events I might encounter.

well i've stopped using the magnet for a week, since i've had some unbearable headaches and i've read that headaches and migraine are connected with the activation of the pineal gland. I felt like I had a dagger inside my head. I don't feel pain now, but something interesting happened today that I'd like to share and maybe someone can relate to this experience.

It sounds like the case of a "heightened awareness" to me. I just say "Hello" when this happens!

Now that you have learned and seen what the Art of Focus entails, try to put that focus overtop of your head or do what I do and try to focus on the Vehram points (which are front, back, left, right and overtop and under your body/vessel). Focus on these points being about 5 ft outside of your body/vessel.

I say vessel quite a bit because once you start to think of it as a vessel/tool for this physical existence, it makes it easier and more importantly natural to leave it. Once again, change your mindset, change your reality! 

You don't need to focus on all of them in the same Session. Try picking on of them per Session at first then increase it. This will cure your headaches. I have found that you can induce headaches by focusing on your 3rd eye.

Never heard of vehram points before but that is similar to what I have read about the merkaba tetrahedron.

 My method of creating a good NP focus was initially based on the Merkaba tetrahedron. Actually that's what I also use when I do public shows with thousands of people around me. I find it helps me to keep my own space clean.

I feel like my body is ready, but I haven't been in the best state of mind. In past I've been in the perfect state of mind and I didn't have as much experiences. I had to go through a self-test. I don't know but lately I had constant arrival of bad thoughts. I've realized this hasn't been new but this time they had larger effect on me and I reacted with fear. It took me some time to rationalize and move away from that. I would like master my mind and stop receiving bad thoughts and start thinking positively. Regarding the vehram points, is there a place where I can get the book? Now that both my mind and body are in good condition I feel readier than ever to explore new horizons.

There's no single technique/method that will work for the masses. 
The simple fact they're toting this as such means they either want to scam you out of your money (which is the more likely reason) or they really just don't have a clue.

Always beware of those that say they have the answers.

I bought the book. It was a good read. Mostly of it was built on theory and explaining what the Vehram points and the energy fields that surround it are, according to the Author.

I use my own version of the Vehram points, built on a daily Tetrahedral shell that I encase around myself. I can spin it, create a virtual tug o war with it. It's a great way to experience a NP focus and the more you do it, the more you have actually become it. That may sound strange to some, but you will know what I mean once you experience it for yourself.

Experiment often will all kinds of things. This way you can draw your own conclusions on what is happening or not.

Also, a great technique I found for focusing on your 3rd eye is called "Throat Breathing". What the technique basically entails is creating a "raspy" sound deep in your throat while breathing in and out. You then incorporate focal points on various points of the body and above. When focusing on your 3rd eye, you are also focusing on your hands, which are extended open palm outwards. By doing this, you are creating a natural Pyramid of sorts. I think it is actually a form of Yoga. But I had some very unique experiences using it.

I dont know if this helps but I have a powerful, 3"x6"x1"  neodymium magnet that I've been laying on, under an sleep number mattress,  for around 6 months or so (south side up) in a crazy attempt to shake an attachment that wont budge.  While laying on the bed it cant be more than 2 or three inches away from my abdomen .   To make a long story short I've pretty much forgotten all about the damn thing.  It hasnt done much of anything that I can tell, But it will spin a compass from 8' away lol.   the only effect I've noticed is if you change polarities (flip it)  you will get a decent energy spike when in seconds, but Ive done tons of energy work over the years and a partial kundalini .  Not much effect elsewhere.
