I tried it and it's really effective. I think it may help me to open all my chakras in less than a months.

program the seven notes to be played with a one minute long sound (try to use a smooth instrument as electro-organ or a continous vibraphone)... each of the following notes correspond to a chakra of your body.. try to concentrate on each chakra as the note is playing...  Ive tried it.. if your body is positivly responding like mine to this exercice, sooner than you think you'll be buzzing like if you had a thousand electrified dildos in your soul.  you'd like it dont u eh?  but to be serious, this method may many have talked about may have a great spiritual value.  Here's a little chakra lesson for those who would like :

note C : (1st chakra located at the base of the spine)

- Earth, Physical identity, oriented to self-preservation


Note D : (2nd chakra located in the abdomen and lower back)

- Water, Emotional identity, oriented to self-gratification


Note E : (3nd chakra located in the solar plexus

- Fire, Ego identity, oriented to self-definition


Note F : (4th chakra located near the heart)

- Air, Social identity, oriented to self-acceptance


Note G : (5th chakra located in the throat)

- Sound, Creative identity, oriented to self-expression


Note A : (6th chakra located in the forehead)

- Light, Archetypal identity, oriented to self-reflection


Note B : (7th chakra located all over the crane)

- Thought, Universal identity, oriented to self-knowledge
