Robert Bruce has suggested that it is easier to raise energy in a trance and that more than the usual amounts can be raised. For specific purposes such as an unusually powerful projection this is a good idea. For regular practise, Robert Bruce suggests only using normal states of consciousness. He said that the channels the energy goes through can react by constricting to the point of carrying less energy than before starting.

I have a question for you .. yo usaid you got vibrations from raising energy in trance... What did you do to put you in trance? Did you just blankly stare at something until you have that .. wierd feeling and notice that your not blinking or thinking much of your body anymore?
Secondly , did you use the NEW for raising the energy or some other form of energy raising ? I'de love to induce vibrations like that.

I'm trying to find out the secret to going into trance any time of the day. So far I have only been able to go into trance after doing some qi gong early in the morning than going back to bed. If you learn anything, let me know.

HI there!
For the first time I remembered to try doing energy stimulating exercises while in the trance state.
The vibrations were so strong (especially in genital area) that it zapped me right out of the trance. I tried to go back in but couldn't.
Does anyone have experience with raising or stimulating energy while in trance? I would love to hear about it!
