Attunements

[Principle]

I have recieved Kundalini Reiki Attunements 1 and 2 from Xehupatl.com, (Highly Recommended)
I have noticed the Energy I emit through my hands is different. (Been Practicing Reiki Meditation Techniques)

Being experienced in Psi Balls (Energy Balls),
I could create different Elemental Energies between my hands.

Now things seem different when I am concentrating my Energy,
The Energy I emit through my hands is a Healing Energy.

(I believe it is due to the lack of practice of Elemental Energy.)

So, I am curious to find out.. If there is anyone who practices Energy work, and Healing Energy work?

I got the kundalini reiki attunements quite some time ago and while I don't regularly practice energy work I do sometimes..

I tried making psiballs before I got the attunement but it took a lot of concentration to feel anything in my hands, I would have to sit there for about ten minutes focusing before I felt even a slight tingle, but ever since I got the attunements I can get a strong tingling sensation within seconds and after a few minutes I feel almost a physical force ebbing and flowing between my palms (it's like it pushes against and hand and then  moves out and back again, like a yo-yo).
