About a year ago I came across the following website:

http://www.emofree.com/

(it stands for emotional freedom, not "emo people" btw)

First of all, their basic "technique instruction" manuel is free to download, and they don't spam you if you sign up for their REALLY GOOD newsletter either.

The basic idea behind EFT is that negative emotions are the only significant barrier between our chakras' healing energy, and our dense physical bodies.

I have had some amazing emotional results by using these way-too-easy techniques. But seeing as how I have not had any incredible physical injuries or illnesses since I've known how to do EFT, I'm really curious about meeting people who HAVE had amazing physical results.

Many of the stories submitted by physicians who use EFT on clients are quite amazing. People have cured PTSD, eating disorders, emotional trauma, physical injuries, limiting beliefs, and every possible type of phobia you could imagine.

A few users of EFT have written in, and claim some amazing things, as far as their cancer going into remission, or disappearing entirely, after using EFT for it.

I'm new to this forum. Has anyone had good experiences with EFT ??

btw: EFT = Emotional Freedom Techniques

I have some experience with it.

One fellow had a sore wrist which had been bothering him for a while. He couldn't lift things with it, because it would sting his wrist every time he tried.

So we tried EFT. He didn't know anything about it and his girlfriend was watching and smiled because this stuff looks ridiculous.

After one shortcut round, which took about 30 seconds I told him to try to lift something. He tried to lift table and his face showed an expression of shock. "How does it feel?" I asked. He didn't say anything, just walked around and lifted things with this shocked expression.

His wrist was fine. But you should have seen his face..it was priceless.
