Feeling drained or depressed after AP

Has anyone else dealt with this?

I had a very vivid, powerful AP on the 30th, and I've felt drained and depressed since.

It's my understanding that AP taps into your energy. Does anyone have recommendations for dealing with this? Since this AP, I've tried to meditate every morning for the past 4 days, but I'm struggling to reach that deep, meditative state.

Any suggestions?

Hi Traveler, my experiences are usually the opposite. I dont think NP experienced deplete physical energy, unless you believe they do. Anything you believe or expect you can create the experience or perception of it, and that applies to anything in existence. This may be even a belief that is not conscious to you. But the best way to understand and analyze this particular episode is to ask your higher self why are you experiencing the perception of low energy and depression in relation to this AP. Maybe it was the content of the experience itself.
You already exist multidimensionally simultaneously. You are not here and then go there, needing fuel/energy to transport. All you do during NP experiences is remove filters that make things visible to you, change focus/frequency. Everything exists by frequency signatures not space locations. Even when you walk in the physical, every physical location is actually a frequency coordinates. You are shifting frequency from frame coordinates to frame coordinates energetically. You just create the experience of moving in space but this is a simulation. This is to illustrate that energy is never increased or depleted, it just changes frequencies.

I agree with LB. NP experiences do the opposite for me. They actually elevate my mood and energy levels.

Hey, traveler

Yes, I have experienced this, but only recently, I have started to have migraines following experiences. I haven't figured out why yet, it is so new, but when this happened again just a few days ago I took special note. Thank you for asking the question. I will report here with any new discovery.

I have had headaches on isolated occasions, but fortunately they have passed, and thus far have not returned. If I were feeling depleted and drained I would also increase my energy work (Qigong or Tai Chi) plus of course eating well, drinking plenty of high quality water, get ample sleep, get enough exercise, and walks in nature are also very helpful.

This was a first for me to experience this after a NP experience. Initially, I felt great afterwards. It was a very positive experience, and I had a great feeling of contentment throughout the rest of the day. It was the days following the NP experience where I just felt drained and down. I've been consistently active outdoors, eating relatively well, and sticking to regular hatha yoga practices. I just wasn't sure if this was related to the experience or not.
