How did you make the elixers? Is there some concern from minerals or metals dissolving in the water?

Okay. If poisoning is not a concern (like soaking a nice clean amethyst in water overnight) and if you have a way to make as much as you want, then you might as well drink the whole glass at once.

Yes, it is, but these crystals have soooo nice new-age style look

i myself,, depending on the crystal used only use a drop or two in my morning glass of water, i use gem elixers for energy, so i would imagine if i drank the whole glass it would be like coffee or something
i also sometimes use a combination of 2-5 crystals, which can be a powerful mix, so again i only use a drop or two.
