Instant Healing

Hi! Anyone have experience of "instant healing"? In Huna Shamanism they teach that when we send enough energy + intention through the basic self --> Higher self then it can manifest.

Another method that perhaps works the same way is erasing cellmemory. If we cut ourself we go over the same thing in our mind again and again but with another end (no cut).
