Astrological Charts

Hi,

just wanted to hear if anyone knows how different an astrological chart would
be if infact 2 people would be born at the same time of hour, day and month,location but just 20 years apart. Would that be making such a big difference? And if yes, what would the year then actually say differently since everything else
is same?

Yes, the year makes a difference.  Annual movements tend to be in relation to the earth, so the procession through the zodiac is usually annual, like the sign you were born under.  But the movement of celestial bodies (like planets and asteroids) is usually on a longer cycle.  It can take many hundreds or even thousands of years for certain alignments to repeat.
