i had one of those nights where it feelt like i was getting out of my body several times i whent from thinking i was awake to dreaming back and forward.
and then i though i was awake everything was liike reality but this man was standing there he keept on talking in english (im from sweden)
and looking at my calednar (taht bytheway doesn't hang on that place in the room anymore) and said aha-i think were on to something..he said a bunch of things that i can't remember but i asked him what he was, and he said: im a elemental. he wasn't scary or  or angellike kind of neutral in away.
what's a elemental?

I moved your post to the magic section, as elementals dealt with in magic. People here should be able to provide you some info on it.

I know I've read about them in Bardon's IIH -- but I don't remember the definition. You may also want to do a net search for the word elemental and magic and see what you turn up.

What did the man look like?

An Elemental is a creature made up entierly of one particular Element in the classical system, Earth, Air, Fire, or Water.  Elementals range in intelligance from really dumb to really smart.  Some different types of Elementals are Fairies (Air), Gnomes (Earth), Newts (Fire), Seahorses(Water). Elementals are basicly the Etheric manifestation of these raw Elements.

i can't remeber exaclty but he was tall and pretty much looked like a human i think. I guess he could have been anything cause you never know if they lie about who they are.kind of interesting anyway hmmm
