Ki Control

Ok, a question that has been bugging me for a while now.  What exactly is Ki, how is it controled, and is it the same thing as Chi (a question that has been particurally bugging me)?  I've heard this around the forum for  while now and am finally deciding to ask about it.

Ki is the Japanese term for "Life Force Energy". There are lots of different definitions and variations on what it is and how it is manipulated, but really thats just all it is. "Chi" is the Chinese term for Ki, and its all just the same energy.

It can be controlled lotsa ways. The main method I use is visualization. However, some people have different approaches to it, like the ones who use the NEW system.

Don't let anyone confuse you about energy. Ki, Psi, Magick and whatnot all use the same energy, but just different ways of manipulating it and different opinions on how it works. My advice to you is to find your own.^^
