If your hair is falling out (and you're a woman), it could be for a variety of health reasons.  You should consider going to the doctor.  Stress, hormonal changes, thyroid problems, dietary deficiencies..are all potential causes!

It's not about vanity really.  It's about your overall well-being.  I can tell you from an energy standpoint... hair loss (in women) is not a good sign.  You could be way out of balance.  Meditation and visualization may help.  I would urge you to see a doctor, just to rule out anything serious...Or, to find out what's going on.  You would then be in a better position to use alternative means in dealing with it.
