Hi Omega_Archer,

Welcome to the Astral Pulse forums! [:)] There are a lot of good topics that should interest you. We also have a Search engine that should help you locate topics as well. Also there is a File Library with some excellent eBooks and downloads.

Along the lines of your post, there is a forum here on Energy Body Development that may interest you. Please note that it is not a forum for dbz topics such as ki balls, and psi balls. I would recommend you take a look at the NEW Energy Ways article by Robert Bruce. You may find it worthwhile:

Hi all!, I think there's no need to say i'm new since i'm posting here first. I came across this forum because someone posted on my regular forum(of a totally unrelated interest) about some wild story of how to become invisible by making a 'shroud of mist' around the body. Sadly, he was met with antagonistic and derrogatory replies.

However, I thought it was interesting even though it is implausible. So, I'm here to learn more about such things. I'm mainly interested in energy development. But first, I have to admit that I am a DBZ fan! No need to worry though, i know its just a cartoon.

I've been lurking for a couple of days reading the posts on this forum before a signed up. I've read a lot of interesting things and found out that i MIGHT have been doing similar 'feats' but have always said to myself that i'm just doing mind over body 'things'(sorry, i dont know what to call it). Maybe you could clarify it for me:

I've been always been plagued by headaches a few times a week. I dealt with it by visualizing my head and try to 'feel' where exactly the pain's point of origin. once i find it, i imagine it as a bright light. how big and bright the light is based on how much it hurts. then i imagine a hollow ball surround it then make it thick enough so that the light doesnt pass beyond its boundaries. when that happens, i make the ball smaller when i exhale. when the ball is too small to handle the intensity of the light i move it out of my head and the pain with it... no more headache.

Another thing I do is when I get too cold when i'm outside during the winter months. what i do is, like, make a ball inside my belly just below my sternum and 'pump' heat into it. when i think its warm enough, i make it smaller and smaller until it pops(or i let go) and releases the heat warming my body in the process.

Both the processes i mentioned above is accompanied by a tingling sensation all over my body like having goose bumps. I feel it strongest on my arms, back, the sides of my face, and usually shoots up and down my spine. Again, I've attributed them as being mind over body...

I attempted to make a ki or psi ball when i read about it. I did the visualizations but with my eyes looking at the center of my hands. After a minute, I did 'see' a faint distortion(like water swirling down the drain) but i attributed it to my eyes trying to focus on something that wasnt there. I slowly tried to push my hands together and 'felt' something like a balloon. It felt like it was pushing back. Again, I attributed it to 'joint-muscle memory' since I was just standing still with my arms and hands in that position for a minute.

Sorry for the long intro and 'slight' skeptisism. I would really like to learn more about it with the help of all of you and this forum. Thank you and have a nice day!
