Welcome! [] The book I would recommend if you haven't read it yet, is Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce. That, in my opinion, is the book in the area of ap/obe. Take some time to look over the forum here. There is a Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum that has some great topics on ap/obe.

Also, there is a File Library link at the top of the page that has great eBooks and file downloads.

Well im from northwest england, and became intrested in this sort of thing whilst trying to prove it dident happen and then to learn telekinesis to show off. Great start[]. Well now im still into telekinesis as well as all areas such as telepathy etc. But also more into spirituality etc personal growth enlightenment. Would also like to lean astral projection as i think this weould benift this. Well i hope this forum can help me out and if anyone will be able to help me on any of the topics mentioned or maybe something you will think i would need i would be very grateful if you would contact me
