Hi my name is Tom Autrey, and I was wondering if any one knew if there was any one in Pennsylvania, USA, near Allentown that could help me with NEW and other energy production techniques.  I have read about the first 1/4 of Mr. Bruce's book "Astral Dynamics" and have found it very interesting, and informative. I have read various other books, but this one has more thorough information. Please let me know if there is any one or center in my area.
