I would like to greet you all hoping to know more people and be part of this great community!
My name is Francisco and I am a physicist.
I am very interested on OBEs, I have had a few on command but haven't been able to do that again. I have posted a question about it on

I work with Quantum Field Theory, specifically particle physics. I have been usually working on unified theories.

There are some other threads that are found here that utilize "etheric" energy as a focus while attempting "non ordinary states of consciousness.
That term was penned by Stanislov Grof. He uses these states for NP (non physical) exploration and sees a real healing potential there.

I think you're going to like the 'otherwhere' once there's a continuation of your nocturnal endeavours. The rigidity of this physical universe is set in stone as the Planck length is fixed. Imagine others where it's a different length, this is how things appear to be, as the rules are different (thought provoking suggestion). 
An appetiser of what's to come may be the trigger for awareness within your nightly rest. It requires the subconcious to recognise your desires and thoughts so you will succeed. This typically is accomplished in 21 days through repetition or instantly if you have learned the method that applies to you.
