Hello everyone... 

I'm relatively new to the subject of AP, LD, OoB and all..and i was quite accidently drawn into this. It happened like this-

I was downloading an Astral projection torrent some 6 months back and i was actually anticipating a few mp3 files from the psychedelic music band called by the same name.. but what i got was a dozen of pdf files explaining the subject of Oob and teching how to achieve it.

Any ways it was an interesting read and only after i read a few of them, i could realize that i had similar experiences in my past.. I started practicing for achieving an AP since then and i had a fair bit of success with it..
I'll be sharing my experiences later on, I'm still on the growing phase.. tips and tricks out of your experiences will be of great help to me..
