Hello I Am Very New to This

Hello i have always been curious about OBE but i never really looked into it or tried it myself but yesterday i was reading about some peoples experiences and decided to find a forum a so i can ask questions and learn more about it.  I have had lucid dreams many times usually when it is a bad dream and i realize that its just a dream and that it can't hurt me i usually wake up right afterwards or think my way out of a bad situation in my dream. I really hope that this site help me to beable to have OBEs because they sound like amazing experiences that i would like to experience first hand. Any help that yall can give me to start out with will be very appreciated
