Hey guys,

I've been observing for while, but haven't been posting because I haven't had a lot to say. So I'm "new" but not new, you know? lol

I'm 20, and I've been unintentionally APing for about 6 years. (But recently I've been trying to develop the ability to do it consciously and intentionally!)

The phasing method seems to be working pretty well, so thank you to everyone who posts info on that & related topics
