Hi fellow seekers

I am from London Uk. I have had many obe's and lucid dreams over the past 20 years and am determined to master it so I can do it at will.
Why ? I enjoy it and see it as a way to potentially serve others and lift up the frequency of this earth plane.

I sincerely hope to make new friends here on this forum because it is difficult to talk of my passion for obe s with people in general.

We can learn from each other.

Hello pacifist575,

Are you reading Mastering Astral Projection in 90 days by Robert Bruce?

Harrif

Hello there pacifist575!

Welcome to the forums. Although I'm new here also, I hope that all your discussions here will be fruitful and you will make friends here.

I'm in somewhat lucky position because I have some irl friends and relatives with whom I can discuss these things. Although none of them master AP, it still is nice to have that kind of people around you. Hopefully you can find some of that from here.

Indeed, everyone can learn from eachother.

Hello pacifist575,

Are you reading Mastering Astral Projection in 90 days by Robert Bruce?

Hi
Yes I am.

kurtykurt42

I did the program a couple years ago. It was very rigorous but i learned a great deal about energy body development. I wasn't able to project during the 3 months but i did project about a month later... Go figure.

radman32

kurty, how successful were you after wards? And how rigorously did you follow his program?

kurtykurt42

I followed it to the letter and then some. I was practicing 60-90 min. per day doing energy body development and trance.

After I had several astral projections i gave up for a while. My purpose was to prove to myself that astral projection is real. I had read many of the posts here and other books on AP but i just wanted to make sure it was real. Now i spend most of my time researching and less time on practicing.

Now that you've had some Astral Experiences, do you think you would find it easier/quicker to exit now?
and if so how long would it take you from being fully awake?

Thanks!

kurtykurt42

Yes, it is a lot easier now because I am able to understand how it works. Once you understand, all you need to do is believe in yourself and you'll find that it becomes much easier.

Lately, I have been practicing a type of remote viewing, where I project my consciousness in real time to other dimensions to communicate with various entities.

hays1012

oh my i need to read that book. hello all i am new also but have had some very interesting experiences with astral and psychic things.

AstralGoat2008

Hi hays1012, that sounds interesting, what kind of psychic experiences? what have you gleaned? :?

Ive recently been having some brilliant spontaneous moments of Lucidity in dreams.. that feel like theyre being converted to obe's when i can feel my body as the other body in the dream.. thats the only way i can describe the sensation of having to try so hard JUST to remain conscious or semi-conscious at best... focussing on parts of the dream/astral or potential astral exit transition in the 'Real-Time' zone so to speak.

Has anyone thought or experienced the astral in this way before? :?
if so id love to hear just for my own understanding of this exciting phenomenon in consciousness
