Hi Frost62, just have a look on Permanent Astral Topics first, it is full of hints and tips about obe's and more. Unfortunately I haven't had a conscious obe yet so I can't give you any tips. But if you have a specific question about obe's after reading through a lot of the posts, just ask it in a new topic and I am sure you will get and answer from someone.
