No,they dont manifest by themselves.You dont practise,you dont have them.

Your only limits are self imposed.  There is no such thing as pyrokinesis or hydrokinesis, those are self imposed restrictions.  With enough study and journeying inward you can do anything.  Anyone can, it's not genetic, it's soul based.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

There is a thread asking who has psychic abilities, but I can't reply in this thread because I think I don't have any.

I never seriously tried to figure out if I have psychic abilities. Do they manifest by themselves or do I have to search with some technics ?
