There are no quick ways. YOu keep trying and practricing. If you don't like it, too bad.
Focus on N.E.W., rhythmic breathing, Qigong-like stretching, and meditation, and those types of abilities manifest by your very intent.
Unfortunately those who ask for 'quickies' aren't usually ready for such abilities in the first place. Excluding black-magic and the Brotherhood of the Serpent 'type', supernatural abilities come to the wise, humble, and experienced. And to be one of those guys/gals takes time and effort, in this life, the last, or the next.

i just dont get how to do it and i have alwyse wanted to learn but i cant even get anything to move without touching it so u can probably see that i need a lot of help on this subject.

As to your expectations on how quickly or how well you will develop your psychic abilities, consider one basic factor - you'll only get out what you put in.
The fundamental starting point for all psychic development is meditation.
Be it tk, telepathy or spirit vision, regular meditation is required to do two things in particular - 1) raise your natural energy levels. This can be compared to breathing. Most of us only breath just enough to stay alive, whereas learning to breathe more deeply can give you more energy, improve your metabolism, etc.
2)Expand your consciousness or awareness. By meditating we separate ourselves from the everyday world and learn to be aware of the greater reality that is around us, the reality in which all psychic abilities are possible.

Get this:
a clothes peg, a needle, and a square piece of paper(fold it 2 times diagonal and horizontal). Put the needle in the clothes peg, and place the piece of paper on the very top of the needle.
Sit in front of it. Keep your back straight. And just start trying to move it, use your imagination.
Surely you'il be able to move it at least a little bit! :) It's a nice start, at least you'il experience for yourself that it is possible(instead of someone telling you). And there's great power in knowing that one thing! Don't get too cocky about it though.(see blackbox post)
But if you meant learning telekinesis on big things in a day, forget it.
I'm not sure if this is a valid comparison, but that's like expecting to benchpress 300 Pounds in your first day at the gym :) This considering that you just started getting familiar with energy and all, in case you are Buddha in disguise, please forgive me master!

What is a clothes peg? And for folding the paper diagonally, does your paper have to be square because I can't fold a rectangular piece of paper very easily. [:)]

The fastest way is to kill yourself and gain powers instantly, but I dont think you'd like that way.
well you could try www.psipog.net and read the articles there. If you try to move the wheel and watch a video of it being done at the same time you could get results quickly depending on how your mind is wired.
I did it quickly that way.
Here is a tip!
Realize that you are a newbie at TK.
Say to yourself "i know nothing about this"
Really accept that you are a beginner.
Accept that it will take time.
Then have the psiwheel at your side or infront of you when you are doing things at computer or watching tv.
At deadtimes just sit there and observe at imagine yourself learning to make it turn.
Just do it as no bigdeal, just like learning to balance something.
Dont take it too seriously.
I learned to make the psiwheel turn during playing Hitman Contracts :) etc
If you're in such a hurry just do it the old fashioned way, with your body. You'll find that you're able to move objects a lot heavier than you could with TK. Best of all, anyone can do it with only basic motor skills.

You're wrong. I tried that stuff yesterday and I got a 1000 times more powerful! As for the second method, I nearly killed myself when I was levitating this skyscraper, my goodness. The powers have worn out now though, and I love my psiwheel more then ever...

fire- Telekinesis or any psychic ability doesn't just come over night, you have to work and work at it until you steadily improve. If your not ready to put in that effort and dedication to learn just don't bother.
