auras, intuition and crystals

Hi all can you feel body, plant auras? because i can and have been able to for many years, its the strangest thing feeling an aura of a cactus plant, very prickly on the hands. Anyway to the point why is it that when i'm in the company of someone or i'm on the phone and the person that i'm talking to isn't feeling to good or are upset i can just sense that something isn't right? Its like their energy level changes and i can sense it and it happens all the time with various people, but more so with people that are close to me.

I have an amethyst crystal and want some tips of how i can get the most out of using it. Haven't used it properly for years but am doing so now. When i go to sleep at night i keep it beside my bed and can feel its energy, it influences my dreams.

Any tips on me being more spiritual would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!

It's bizarre how crystals have to be USED, like being properly positioned and engaged. I'll have to experiment more with them ... no advice though, sorry
