I asked around (like Hans suggested, not Goku, I mean in focus levels) and was informed that frankly I'm not good enough (O.O') , But it would be possible for a few people. To actually levitate you would have to push energy or whatever you want to call it down with enough force to make a rocket effect, How to do that exactly? I have no clue.
A system like N.E.W could not move much outside your body and systems that can would make it hard to get that kind of force, especially for long enough to fly, and the concentration it would require ...basically you could try to fly for a good part of your life without satisfactory results if you didn"t devoid everything to have this one parlor trick you could not do for long anyways....
