My Guiding Spirit- Help

kay, try meditating to clear your mind of all thoughts. by this i don't mean just throwing your thoughts out of your mind while you try to 'be silent'. deal with your thoughts, one by one, completely. once they have all been completely dealt with, you should notice that you won't have as many thoughts in your head. this will allow you to focus on 'listening'.

not physical listening, of course, but spiritual listening. try to let your mind be calm and at ease, and just let thoughts from your spirit guide enter your mind.

but you might want to let your spirit guide know in advance to attach some sort of indication that the thoughts it is sending you are from it, and not just from you. so when you are 'listening', don't expect to hear anything from your guide, but don't go throwing out messages just because you aren't expecting them and aren't sure where they are from. read them, then ask for a reply from your spirit guide telling you which messages are indeed from it.

over time, this will become easier with practice. hope it helps.

Hi, Im being contacted from my guardian spirit but dont know how to know its name or origin, functions, powers, is there anyone able to help me with this?
It makes me see bright lights in my eyefield, very often bright electric blue, violet and we talk by green (yes) or red (no) lights.In a sense when I ask it a question .
Ive been told by a sensitive friend that it's a spirit of alien origin, and that when she tried to enter its frequency she got an headache , so she couldnt be able to tell me more than this.
In the obscure, just before falling asleep i often see eyes looking at me, in a reassuring manner, but I really cant spot out the meaning of all this, and also becuase Im in a difficult situation, knowing if it may help me out would be of relief.
