i was just hoping someone who has a "guide" who communicates with them would be able to tell me how they "know" that they are in fact communicating with something else and not just their own imagination

how would you be able to tell if your thoughts are your own in the first place?

Ive been reading these so called "zeta" communications, and Im of course skeptic, and so called "attacks" seem a bit far fetched, almost too x-files

anyhow, i don't entirely doubt it all, but I just would like some general info on the subject of telepathic communications with non-human (or human too) entities

Hate to break this to you, but if you start APing, you're going to encounter lot's of X-File-ie type stuff, including the greys.

Draining from the crown chakra does not sound good, and it sounds like someone may be fooling around with your perception. I would definitely suggest PMing Edi or Truthseeker to get a glance and see what is going on. They're the clearest two I know.

Maybe you should stop trying to AP for a while, just until you know who and what you are dealing with.

Don't take on more than you can handle.

Hi Volcomstone,

This is the exactly the dilemma I recently went through after being introduced to a guide by Mayatnik some months back.

The answer to this is either trust your intuition, then don't question that trust, or seek confirmation from someone in the physical.

In my case this happened through a more roundabout approach. I had already been in contact "telepathically" with the Green Lady - the spirit of nature for over a year. She was the one who ultimately arranged for me to meet my guide through Mayatnik's assistance.

As Mayatnik was the one that introduced me to my guide, I required another source of confirmation, just to rule out the possibility that he might have another agenda, and might not be completely trustworthy in his actions. He was too close to the fact in other words.

It was the Green Lady that was telling me almost constantly that I should trust my new guide, who by the way is a Pleiadian - a fact that unfortunately only fueled my distrust, as I hadn't been too thrilled with the information I'd seen so far from people channeling info from Pleiadians.

So why didn't I believe the Green Lady? Well, by the time doubt starts to get hold of you in one area, it manages to creep through and subvert many areas of your beliefs and experiences. I was starting to think that this was all in my imagination, I'm creating these voices, despite all the info that Mayatnik gave me to try and prove to me that my mind can't create arguments against its own thoughts.

It turned out to be another member of this site - Tayesin, who met the Green Lady himself. He then confirmed for me that she was indeed real.  Once that had happened the Green Lady gave me a rather firm "I told you so," along with an equally firm "so will you trust you're guide now?"

Bottom line - I learned that I was able to trust that the spirit of nature who I've been chatting with for over a year IS indeed real, SHE tells me I can absolutely trust my guide, so now I do, and I know that I can trust Mayatnik as he DIDN'T have any hidden agenda in leading me to my guide, as he was faithfully following instructions given to him from the Green Lady through HIS guide.

As you can see, the key element here was Tayesin. I didn't know him and he didn't know me. He was an impartial 3rd party, so I had absolutely no reason to doubt him.

If you can find an impartial physical person, this will help. You can also save yourself a lot of time and hassle by trusting your instincts. Your instincts or intuition is your higher self trying to tell you what's right or wrong. In matters such as this, spiritual matters that can ultimately affect your relationship with your higher self, your intuition will not guide you wrong - its too important.

I agree too, it's one of my huge unresolved problem... to separate reality from fiction, truth from lies.  Even more with my skeptical backround, plus having people tricked me too many times.  The world is full of illusions/traps.  [B)]

I am open to anything, but carefuly...  I guess I will have to advance slowly but surely.  So far, I did not find any "guide"/higherself; and some "guide" stories seem a little bit too "human" for me.

After what I've been through, I'm not big on "I told you so" and I will damn well question any entity that tries to get me to think otherwise...[]

I respect your need to learn trust...but with things going on in the present, I am not fond of "don't question me." I will question and I expect an answer...and it better come promptly, I don't give a damn who or how high in energy the entity is.

I trust you James...I just don't like that type of guide attitude.

For the most part I agree with you there.
Any being or anybody that says to me "don't question me" immediately earns themselves my distrust. If they are unable to accept the fact that trust needs to be earned, then they are not fit to be a guide as they obviously have not evolved the patience necessary to help us overcome our need for confirmation.

When I said the Spirit of Nature gave me an "I told you so", I really deserved it. I'd been going back and forth in my mind over this situation, to the point that I was being a bit ridiculous. Healthy scepticism is a good thing, but harbouring doubts about things that have already been shown to me is not healthy.

My first meeting with the Spirit of Nature was an increadible experience - the sheer magnitude of her love and her presence was absolutely overwhelming. I met her again twice after that, and felt her increadible love each time. Despite this, a year later I allowed my doubts to take hold and started questioning those experiences. She had every right to be annoyed with me for doubting her, but didn't ever demand my acceptance. When I did get the "I told you so", I know she had been "firm" with me, but I could feel her love at all times. Besides that, I'm used to her teasing me,and she giggles about it (if I didn't already know she had mainly auburn coloured hair I'd swear sometimes she's a blonde []).

As to my guide's feelings in all of this - she was not upset at all. She knew that in order to teach me the things I need to know, she must first gain my trust. In that she was most patient, and never once showed any signs of annoyance at this.

Interesting your comment about some of these guide stories seeming a bit too human. Please tell me what your thoughts are here.

I've found that my guide has some very "human" traits - especially emotional. She feels love and happiness, and sadness. I have felt her crying in sadness - it was heart wrenching for me. That telepathic connection you get with a guide is very much an empathic connection as well. They will (or should) relate to us in terms that we understand. How can we learn if they don't?

By stories too "human" I mean that they seem too narrow minded.  By example, many people can't think of other ways to travel but with using a space ship, with panels full of buttons, flashing lights, etc...  Why would such advanced energetical beings have to use spaceships at all...?  Do you need a spaceship to travel in the Astral?  And, if they mean to travel "physicaly", that's another narrow minded human view.  Why would they use chairs and tables like us?  And some of their interview speeches don't really sound that "clever"/advanced (I don't mean the bad use of the language, but the content/meaning).

Right now, I am still wondering... Maybe it's all true.  Maybe those experiences are real but the interpretation is not correct.  Maybe it's all "imagination".  Maybe a mix of all 3.

But I have a preference for a mix of incorrect interpretations (or being tricked by entities; a predatory universe) and "imagination"...

i guess the real reason im asking this question is that it seems there is a fine line between "communications from entities of a higher plane of existence than us" whatever and just

"voices in my head" schizophrenic delusions, accoompianed with mass delusions of paranoia.

anyhow i suppose if i start "listening" to the voices i might end up in a padded room,


I mean, say your communication from your guide says that you should smoke crack, because it is the best way to find yourself, or some other reason

but you know that smoking crack is bad, but your guide keeps saying it, and some third party verifies what your guide is saying,

but you still believe its wrong, so you resist, dissent from within...

i mean, how long until you start screaming at fire hydrants?
don't you ever feel as if you're losing your sanity?

Your probably developing your telepathic abilities. Are there other people in the house. Don't listen but try to block these other voices. Think of other things get up and move around, turn on the tv.

I am very telepathic and it is not anything I would recommend to you. I've always been an empath and telepathy came naturally. I still sometimes don't believe it, the past few years its gotten very strong and yes sometimes I think I may lose it due to the negativity that surrounds me. Very negative people in this world. You really don't want to hear other peoples thoughts.

This is where you need to rely on your intuition, to rely on that feeling that you know what is right or wrong for you. Any voice that is telling you to do things that do not seem right to you should fairly quickly set off the alarm bells with your intuition.

This happened to me the first time I started using the pendulum as a means of communication. It was all wrong, I got clear warnings from my subconcious so I broke off contact immediately.

I understand what your getting at, and I agree with you.

My scepticism rises when I read articles on the internet of people supposedly "chanelling" info from some of these beings. They try to describe how these spaceships work, but with such a bad grasp of basic physics it all becomes a bit ridiculous. I sometimes think that such chanellings as we often see are done by people whos egos require them to maintain a captive (and gullible) audience.

From my own experiences with my guide, I do not expect to be given any information that is outside of my ability to understand. That would be of no benefit to me at all.  A maths teacher won't try and teach you calculus if you don't first understand algebra.

I agree with your assignment, but there is something else you need to consider...

What you're describing, ie a person needing to know algebra before calculus is what I refere to as "A starting Point." Simplistic term and concept, yet it's amazing how often that concept flies over people's heads when they iniate communication. A guide or a race of people are not an omnipotent, omniscient god. When my download was initiated, it started at a level I couldn't tolerate and so did the information being flooded into me. Gradually, over time, it lessoned and adjusted. It was like the entities doing this to me needed to level out to find "my starting point." When they (the greys?) did, they were shocked at how far gone I was considering where I was when they first started picking me up.

Don Elkins, who assisted in the channeling of the Ra Entities to write the Ra Material was often asked how an ET group could speak English. Elkins would often say that Ra knew more english than he did.

Without a proper knowledge of a person's starting point...that's mentally, emotionally, spiritual, and physical..can you see where massive breakdowns in communication can take place.

lately ive had very strange happenings when attempting to astral project (I have yet to astral project)

anyhow when im in the dark in my room I start "hearing" sound effects, sometimes voices, and Im bombarded with information, almost like an epiphany,
eventually visual "images" would form ,but they're not clear and defined, they are like auric sight, like hallucinations, with my eyes closed.  One image that was odd was the image of something with wings, it looked like an angel,  

before this i was wishywashy on the subject of god and religion, i didn't start believing in it until basically after i saw this image,

anyhow, another one happened last night, it started with the image of a horse, and was a very complex disconnected chaotic stream of thought, but it didn't have a message, after wards i was sure something was draining energy from my crown chakra,

anyhow,  people talk about the zeta,

maybe you can help me answer some of this or at least attempt to explain it.
