Seeing other realities when waking up

This has happened to me a few times too.  Once I woke up and saw a yellow balloon/diamond shaped object just in front of me on my bed.  I punched it and it floated away and faded out of sight after about 20 seconds.
And once I woke up to find a young couple sitting at the edge of my bed facing away from me, I laid there watching them for about half a minute then eventually they faded away.
No idea what these visions are, maybe it takes a while to fully awaken from the astral world sometimes.

A few years ago, I woke up in the morning after having a dream.  At the foot of my bed was the figure of an older woman.  She simply turned and walked through my door and out of site.  The second that happened, we lost all power to the house for a couple of seconds.

That night, my grandfather died while I was holding her hand.  So was this spirit I saw earlier my grandmother, saying goodbye to me?  At the time of my seeing it, she had already slipped into a coma, so she wasn't physically conscious enough to say goodbye to her family.

I've seen things when I thought I have waken up, but I was still in my Astral From.  
I've seen a LIttle Girl in the Corner of my Room.  I sat up, and thought "Hmm?  Where, did this little girl come from?  Why is she here?  And, theres Not a Chair in that corner!"  Then I realized that I wasn't in our Physical World when She started Pulling me Towards Her!  It was So Hard to Get Away, and Get Back Into My Body!  It really Freaked Me Out!

There was Another Time Where I thought I Saw a Spiraling Portal Where my Clock Was.  Also the Posters on My Walls were Moving like LIquid.  Very Strange.

In the past I have seen strange items in my room in the 10 seconds or so after I wake up. They then fade away, and see my bedroom minus the object that was there.

I have seen a spider on my light dropping down towards the floor. This morning I saw a kind of electronics box with flashing red lights in the corner of my room!

Has anyone else experienced these kind of visions? Are they some kind of astral bleedthrough or something?
