Spirits that need help

There are people that are "Light Warriors" or light workers.  Some do this conciously and others unconciously.  In that group are people that deal with lost souls and trapped souls.  There are others that work mostly in hihger realms, and some only with the Earth entity.  There are lots of others doing everything imaginable and then some.

Now if you feel something needs to be done, then you have 2 options.  One: do nothing.  Two: deal with it.  It's up to you, it really is your choice.  Are you in this incarnation solely for yourself, or are you here to better yourself and others?  Sort of a 'soul searching' question.

If you need help, you have but to ask, in this plane or others.

Ok I have a question In my family there is two people that sometimes get contacted by spirits my mother and I.
Recentally I was contacted now whenever this happens I feel A warm heat then I here a voice either saying my name or singing. Also I usually get a voice in the back of my head from there on until there problem is solved that helps me with the problem.
Usually There is a instruement associated with this voice.
Lately I have been geting a feeling someone needs help and I need to help them. But I dont think its a spirit this time.
I need help. Btw its a feminine feeling with bells in the backround.

Funny things, those obligations...

Do not confuse "duty" with what other people expect of you; they are utterly different. Duty is a debt you owe to yourself to fulfill obligations you have assumed voluntarily. Paying that debt can entail anything from years of patient work to instant willingness to die. Difficult it may be, but the reward is self-respect.
But there is no reward at all for doing what other people expect of you, and to do so is not merely difficult, but impossible. It is easier to deal with a footpad than it is with the leech who wants "just a few minutes of your time, please -- this won't take long." How do these so-called Light Warriors fight war?

If it is just through love and healing, I would not call them warriors. Truly they could be strong, but if you are not destroying, how can you call it war? War is destruction, if you are not in line with that, then you are no warrior. Call them Light Peacemakers or something. Even in defense, most people must destroy in minor ways.

srry its been so long
I just want to follow up with what I asked for help about.
taking your guys/gals advice I contacted the spirit /soul in a quiet area. It turned out she was constantly under attack by negs and demonic forces (of a evil type) so I stayed at her house for a couple days (she was my old teacher of palmistry) and observed the suroundings.
There was basiclly a army of negs and other spirits.
Before taking any other step I Shielded her as best I could and sent her out of the house. I then increased my shielding and created a psi ball as large as a room and filled it with negative thoughts and tons of energy of course the negs and spirits and whatever else was there was atracted to it. they all flew into the psi ball and I trapped them in there. once they were trapped I sorted out the positive from the negative and set the positive free. I then seized the psi container and changed the energy from negative to positive filling the container with love and happy thoughts. after all this I was wiped out so I pulled the energy inside of me
and departed to the now happy house.
