Telekinesis

I heard that you can do telekinesis by altering the charges in your hand and the object. I can get my hands to have a positive charge (and do a cool zappy thing) but can't figure out how to do it to the object, any one know what I could do?

it feels a LITTLE like electric charge in my hands  (or my head if i'm using my 3rd eye mostly), but its not electric.

When I do it with my hands, I get energy flowing in them this way... put hands about 8 cm apart. Slowly push one forward 1 cm, then the other, and oscillate that motion. While one moves forward, energy moves into the other hand. Only start moving it backwards (and the other forward) when all the energy has moved to that side.

Not the motions but the feeling... its like I have a cup in each hand and I pour energy into the other cup back and forth repeatedly. Slowly the total energy between my hands increases.

tell me what you mean like you can actually physically zap something if so tell me how and whats your teknique

you don't even need your hands to do telekinesis. you do it with your mind. just like you send the energy to your hands with your mind. just practise, eventually you'll <just do it>.

i would also like to know what zappy thing are you talking about?

The zappy thing it I try to feel the positive charges in my hand and after a while they create static electricity or something...And yes I can use it on people  
If it has anything to do with it electronics have always gotten messed up from me being emotional

TRUE the power of the mind is infinite - ive been doing the psi wheel that ive sealed in a glass jar spinning it and spinning it. the most effective and easist way was to use a source of energy (in this case it was the earth) while using my will power to move the wheel.

zappy thing sounds interisting more like electrokinesis

Its quite easy really, And when you do it late at night and sleepy, you will actually see the prana moving like wippy heat waves,,,

When Im in bed with my partner i can easy send an impluse to any part of her body without touch and she will instantly react with a twitch or movement,,,,

Macro TK is alot more difficult though.....
