I can suggest a book, It's called Psychic Science.  It has some pretty good information on telekinesis.  It's not worked for me personally but it has helped a great deal in my astral travels.

basic telekinesis that worked for me so far

1. relax all the time dont force it.
2. meditate before hand to get relaxed, clear mind and charge up with energy
3. take on one psi excecise at a time for a while (week or more if you like like spinning the psi wheel)
4. dont do it to much at first once a day is more than enough other whise you might stress your mind to much.
5. at all times know and believe that your have all ready succeeded in that task at hand cleary seein the result in your mind
6. HAVE FUN and experimate with different ways of doing the thing you want to do (like spinning the spi wheel in a sealed shoe box where u cant see it - hehe i placed a camera and flash light in side... its alwayd good if you can to tape it so you can see your progess visually at anytimes.

everything is possible. its really good to have a strong focus concentration which can be apllied to all things in life and it helps alot to be motivated for the next challenge if you know and have done something like spinning or moving etc etc objects with your mind )

focus on your 3rd eye chakra it will start to feel weird - i get the feeling of little pressure againts my skin, little heat and tingle sensation. i also visualise that energy comes from my 3rd eye to wards the object that i want to effect.

ive been doing it the normal way BUT, this i used the earth as my source of energy, seeing the energy coming up my legs up and out through my 3rd eye towards the wheel in the jar, i was going to spin it for 10 rounds but only did 3 and half really good spins - normally without the 'challening' of energy from a source i whould at most make 340 degree spin and could feel the drain afterwards.

Hey There.......

I have been checking telekinesis for a while now, i am originally just into astral travelling and aura's..........i just have a question.....

When you speak about turning the psi wheel and squashing the psi ball etc........are you guys at any stage physically seeing a ball of energy or awheel of energy turniing........with your real open eyes i mean.......

I know people might double think something like sixth sense etc........but telekinesis would fall under magic i think?.......how is it........physically i mean.......not just visuallyin your head.....

well. i use a needle + tin foil + glass jar. so i would say yes my eyes are open and i can see it infront of myself spinning. ive even made avi's doing it i would reccomend just that. its very nice just to look at the avi getting conformation that you REALLY did spin the wheel while its inside the glass jar blanced on the needle. trust me its more effort getting the tin foil on the needle on the lid and putting the jar on top of it and sealing it than actually spinning the wheel with your will.

its defently not magic im not asking any help or using symbols to cast a spell just pure concentration and will power, i would say its important to remember to medidate before hand to gather up energy and then aslo to channel it directly from a source being earth, sun or moon (hehe not sure if thats possible from moon) into your body out via 3rd eye towards your kinesis task

im at phyrokinesis just not sure how to go ahead and just put it out with my mind hehe, but im going at the wheel again just need to get well rested first which is also important to many late nights studying esoteric related things , then aslo other kinesis related things like moving objects or simple levitation of small stuff, but first i must attain a excelent level of concentration which is much needed in these things.

anywhays Slayer, can u do a astral travel at all ? im basicly stuck at where i hear the damned noises its so loud it breaks my concentration and i dont 'leave' my body. another thing is im not sure how to leave it or phase out.

I have projected once, i am myself in the learning stage. I tend to concentrate on the noise, helps me not get distracted by other noises in the room and outside..........eventually the noise turns into a binaural sounding beat............the other way i do it is to have a fan running that can be heard quite clearly.....white noise helps make you inside noise quieter...........maybe try Brainwave generator.......i use a setting of just the sound of rain.....which is a type of white noise......i have only got it right once, briefly...i do however always manage to get to the stage where you cannot feel your body and its like your just there, floating, in absolute silence.....your mind at a stage where its just nothing...no intruding thoughts........i generally hang around there for quite a while, maybe ponder a problem or two.....i also cannot seem to get any further......can be frustrating........

Shot for the info, i never knew we could do that.......interesting.........wonder how one would increase that power, be it magnetic, energetic or spiritual.............u know?

You should get "Mastering Astral Projection" following the program is great for OBE and just to have a schedule for mind master and energy work. I got a lot better at Psychokinesis by the time I finished it. Increasing you focus just as important as increasing energy, remember lack of energy isn't usually a problem for something like a psiwheel. First you have to learn the TK reflex so you know how to do it.

Telekinesis Reflex???......

I'll just go home and attempt to focus my energy on the tin foil........first raise energy of course.......i should naturally have the ability of telekinesis etc etc......weird energetic and paronormal stuff always happen to me......especially things with the mind........

My father used to move pens........he was born with a gift to devinate water and move small objects by thinking it..........was weird...........he lost it when he became a born again chrisitan. His hair on his body still stands up if you try sneak up on him........lol.......so i never got that right before....lol

Please explain TK Reflex??.......is it something i need to learn TK?

I presume the TK reflex is something like learning to balance while riding a bicycle as to same with Atral projection - a thing thats neads to be learnt/practiced.
