Telepathic Communication

I had one a few months back... I am very sure of it.

I was laying in bed relaxing trying to sleep. all the sudden I felt pressure in my head and a buzzing sound in my ears and they "popped" like when you are in a plane going up. I became very warm. i could feel a pressence but not see anyone. I didn't know what was happening but then all the sudden a voice came in my head (I know it sound nuts haha), the voice freaked me out because it did not sound human. I do not remember what he said but I believe he introduced himself.

But as I said, I freaked out and I screamed in my head leave leave leave, i do not want to.
And the pressure began to dissapear and the buzzing stopped and the pressence left and after a while my body felt normal temp again.

Before this I had been telling my guides that I wanted communication...  As always I wasn't ready.
It hasn't happen before or after (in awaken state). But for you who have had telepathic communications in astral and dreams it is pretty much the same just my body reacted here.

I do respect the being for backing off when I freaked out, this for me only gives me insurrance that it was a benelovent being.

Do you mean if I would freak out again if it happened and I myself wanted it to stop...
Hmm...

No, since then so many other things have happened + that it did happen once and I had time to digest the whole experience so for those reasons I would at least go further next time.

Hi,
Your guides normally appear in a way to cause you no fear. Although this was new to you I suspect, next time will be hopefully more pleasurable. Once you establish communication youll instinctively know if things are safe and trustworthy. That said there's so much you will be shown. Its a very worthwhile idea to have questions that are important to you ready. The distraction factor is very high and remembering you have a question in the first place is part of the experience.

ah Thank You Szaxx, urghh I had this discussion for the longest time with another person telling them that the "good" beings and/or guides do not wish to cause any fear and they respect you.

That's how I have encountered the good even when it comes to spirits.
The nasty ones never respect you and like causing fear.

Yeah, I did have my guides around me alot during that time (sensing them in my apartment with me in awaken state) and I was in a very high state (vibrational and awareness) so I felt as if I was ready for everything and I had asked them several times for telepathic communication in awaken state 
But when I got it I just wasn't ready for it.
But he respected me and backed off and I am very grateful for him doing so.
It was actually a very fun time... ah miss it now, but it will come again

I always deep down know that they know me better than what I know myself (in this human state) and that have been proven to me many times hehe. Hmm, I should probably have some questions prepared when the time comes again.

At the risk of sounding silly, but what exactly is a soul guide, and how can one communicate with them effectively? (without the use of an obe)
