Way beyond seeing

 At varrious times I see people and places but not in the conventional sense. Someone can be thousands of miles away and yet I will see them and their surroundings clear as being there. I live in Canada but have freinds scattered allover. I can be at home and see a freind in Texas or Louisiana or North carolina, etc. To my freinds it just seems normal to them now as they have gotten used to it. I lost one freind over in Shreveport over it I think. This does not happen at will but seems to occur when I feel concerned about someone or something, or they may have gotten ahold of me prior about something
I will phone and say what I have seen and it is confirmed just as I saw. On occasion I may not see but just know something. I phoned a family I know that lives thousands of miles away from me and I asked who is crying and sure enough there had been a traumatic experience and one of their children was taking it real hard. Well you get the gist here.
Anyone able to elaborate or expound on this?

The popular theory is that we exist in a matrix of realities. When you "see" long-distance, your mind is actually perceiving events not through your eyes, but by being aware of sensations coming through the network of matrices.

Since it's spontaneous, I'm hesitant to say there's any actual mental "travel" happening. More likely you are simply in tune with the fabric of our reality in such a way that you can perceive your friends long-distance.

What you experience is known as clairvoyance (farsight) and is practiced by many mediums and psychics.
Another term is called Remote Viewing (RV for short). RV is a more organized and scientific activity. The practice of RV is taught on several websites (though many sites charge a fee). However you can read about RV and download alot of info for free.

I wondered if what people refer to as RV was along these lines. Although I do not see at will, if somone is on my mind or something eventful is going on it is like being there and seeing clearly as though I were. The duration is short, taking in whatever is going on at a given time.
Once I was in a long distance conversation with someone that was hassling me a bit and giving me the gears on this subject actually, then I described their surroundings, the room where they were at at the time and low and behold I never heard from them again, chuckle. Timing is everything I guess.
