It means you can pull your body slightly into the extra dimensions of spacetime, but as usual, most other people stay centered on the cross-section of spacetime that has the most energy.

Its normal astral sight.

Visualize what your physical eyes see. At first, concentrate on only 1 thing you see. Visualize it until you know immediately where every detail (including how it tastes, feels, etc) of it with your eyes closed. Then with your eyes open, move your visualization. The physical object and your visualization are the same thing now, so the object should move some.

After you learn that, visualize everything around you and you will be out of body.
