I think it's fake.  That's my initial reaction.  I'm also a videofile, and the ghost seems to be the lady its standing next to, look at the hat (just a time shift and a move, also look at the chair).  I can't be for certain without seeing the original video, and getting out my frame editor.  This isn't that hard to fake, trust me on that.

Someone claims they were watching a ghost cam, and saw that. Don't know if it's for real or not, what do you think? IF it's for real, what do you think it is? A spirit guardian? An Angel?
