Help for newbies.

Hi, folks! I'm Steven and I have a blog for newbies featuring self hypnosis instructions bent primarily and initially towards weight loss. I chose weight loss because of popular interest, measureable results and to build self confidence in techniques. Later, as ability and confidence grow, I will move towards the more interesting and exotic goals.
I am asking for experienced OBEers, astral projectors, and hypnosis types to check out my blog ( "mindsurfers.wordpress.com") and offer me critiques, tips, and suggestions of any kind. I am also interested in hearing how far anyone has gone on their journeys inward or outward. Thanks in advance for the help. My blog is, I hope, largely self explanatory. Firstly, this would probably be better suited to the news and media section or even introductions for that matter, but that's not my department and I would consider it spam, personally. Your title is also very misleading.

I'll make a deal with you, though. If you stay active around here and read a few of our resources, I'd be happy to check out what you have to offer, even though it doesn't necessarily fit with my current interests.

Thank you for your input though it was confusing. Usually I consider something as spam based on appeals for money, rather than knowledge, which I have not and will not ever do. As I am asking for help to help folks just beginning the journey. I am also not sure how the subject line is misleading. No one should have any dealings with me if they feel that I am somehow a huckster or charlatan of some sort. I understand we all have to be very careful as there are so many of those kinds around. I am not one of that unhappy number but if I were, the first thing I would do is assure you that I was not! lol So do be careful! Possibly this site is inappropriate for the skill level I am addressing and content I am seeking. I will study more of the content and base my decisions on that. So far the content has been good but, again, appropriate? I'll see.
