I meant to say I was recently introduced to the why files- she shared a video called the dead internet theory.

I typed in hemi sync and the gateway process in youtube. I realize a lot of this stuff can be found here too. Sad to say I don't rely so much on audio. I did in college, but I felt like I couldn't trust some of the audio clips... Anyways I found step 1 on YT and as I drifted it was really nice. I got so disconnected when he brought me back my eyes snapped open because I was just beginning to disconnect from everything.

His voice is very soothing. I do like the sound of the ocean.

But then somehow the next video went from steps 1 to steps 10-12. I was definitely tired after that... I'm home sick so I am already tired. But I thought the noise interference was too heavy compared to the initial, "dipping the toes in the water..."

I'm also curious if the techniques taught by Steven Greer for remote viewing and contacting alien life have come from this.
