A Possible Technique

I might have experienced this gigantic feeling to a lesser degree. Sometimes when I meditate the awareness around my hands seems to expand like there's a 4 or 5 inch layer of clay around them that has nerves in it. This layer usually creeps up my arms and to my shoulders almost touching my head.

I would also be interested in anyone's ideas on what this is.

Just thought i'd mention this becuz it has happened several times to me. Whenever im on the fone to my girl at late night before i sleep and i be talkin and chatting, my body is on the side and it feels like my arm im using to hold the fnoe has gone gigantic, its my conscious that thinks that, does anyone know what that is??

What I was thinking is that next time i'll just hold a fone to my ear when im really tired and my body is on the side and when I feel my arm gigantic i'll try to shift that, perhaps its my astral arms?? Who knows?? Anyone know any info on this??
